Guests searching for a serene vacation spot can look no further. 4301 Treetops offers comfort and convenience, while providing guests with a perfect island retreat! The property was updated in the spring of 2022 to include new laminate flooring, furnishings and a renovated kitchen!
The living area features comfortable furnishings with a sleeper sofa and loveseat, as well as a flat screen TV. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and is open to the galley kitchen. The kitchen has been recently renovated with new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal for your guests.
Both bedrooms are on the second level. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.
Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.
Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops have access to complex tennis courts and 3 complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!
Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
Love this place! Second time we have stayed here and the location is absolutely the best. Right by golf at Sea Pines and the beach.

Vacation 2023
We very much enjoyed it. The property was very clean and as pictured. We had two issues, the air conditioner would not go below 73 and it took us an hour of driving and walking around the property to find ours. There needs to be better signs showing you were your condo is.

Comfortable and pet friendly
Very nice pet friendly property with easily walkable beach access. Loved the layout of the unit and it has a very private feeling backyard (especially given the number of units in the community) with a nice private deck off the two upstairs bedrooms. The only slight downsides were a very loud AC unit in the foyer closet and the parking spots closest to the unit were very tight and difficult to navigate.

Great location clean and comfortable
Really enjoyed our stay, location was great and close to the beach. Description of unit was accurate, and the condo was clean and well appointed. Will definitely stay again!

Great property
We would definitely rent this property again. It was cute, clean and perfect for our needs. Only a short bike ride to the beach and convenient to all that we wanted to do.
