5 BEDROOM, 4 1/2 BATH BEACH HOME in a family oriented community. Ocean view from all 4 large decks. House is located less than 160 feet from the beach at Site #1206 in Ocean Lakes.

Life guards, patrolling security/courtesy service, and a 10 MPH speed limit makes this a really safe vacation place where you can just 'let the kids go.' The home is fully-equipped and professionally furnished to make your stay a pleasure in every way. Facilities on site include a heated indoor pool an outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools, three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffle board, miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds

Five bedrooms:

1. One KING bed (upstairs)

2. One queen bed (upstairs)

3. One twin and full beds (upstairs)

4. One bunk bed (2 twin mattresses) (upstairs)

5. One queen bed (downstairs)

****** Large 50' flat screen TV with Wii system and games in family room and 42' flat screen TV in master bedroom upstairs that has private bath and walk-out to the deck and ocean view. 42' flat screen in the downstairs bed room, and 32' flat screens in all the other bedrooms as well.

This house was nothing short of amazing. First off, disregard any reviews that are not current. I stayed here from 5/18/25-5/25/25. This house is everything that it shows. The pictures are current and up to date. This house is about 100 yard from the beach. This house has a HUGE DECK in the front and back.I would recommend purchasing the linens package from Mr. Sean as that would be a huge help being that this house doesn't come with sheets or towels. Now to the owner Mr. Sean. One of the GREATEST Humans to man-kind. This guy is the best owner that I have rented from. His communication is A1. He is always there to help when help is needed and he evens lets you know when something goes wrong and you have no idea like the golf cart isn't charging because the outlet tripped or even something like hey the wifi is down and keeping you updated on that. His communication from the start was everything anyone of us would want when renting a house. This trip went so smooth with nothing negative to say. This house doesn't come with a golf cart even though one is at the house which is his personal one. But its because OL Security has gotten to strict and he cant risk his privileges at the hands of us. NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!!! I told Sean from here on out, I booking his house every time I go to OL. I promise this house is perfect for any one. Sean I know I have thanked you enough, but once again, here it is publicly. THANK YOU MR.SEAN FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

Home Away From Home

In the app, linens were supposed to cost 175 and I was charged 200. In the app it said there was a twin and queen sofa bed and there wasn’t, so we had a little issue with sleeping arrangements.Other than that, our stay was excellent. Sean was quick to answering and very helpful with any questions I had. Location was top notch! We loved sitting on the porch swing and watching sunrise and the moon rising.

Family spring break @ ocean lakes

We had a wonderful vacation at this rental home in ocean lakes. We enjoyed all that the house had to offer. The house is literally steps from the ocean. The bedrooms, living areas, and kitchen were stocked with things we found very useful. Many games and thoughtful offerings were found throughout the home. Host was very accommodating and communicative. We will be back!

First thanks for letting us stay at your home at the beach it was amazing. Everyone had plenty of room, we were close to beach which was perfect. This house truly lives up to the pictures on the website very nice place we would recommend it to friends and family.

Comfortable Getaway

Our family enjoyed a relaxing, comfortable stay at this home! The ocean views are amazing - we all enjoyed the TV area on the back deck. The house was the perfect size for our group of 9. Communication with Sean was excellent and everything with check-in was quick and easy.

Great accommodations!

We had 5 adults and 4 children 4-9. The house suited out needs perfectly and was so well decorated and had all amenities we needed in place. Loved the view of the ocean as well as the very short walk to get there. Also, the outside porches and decks were fabulous! Thanks for a really great family vaca!

This is the perfect property, literally steps from the beach, super clean and nice modern decor. Homeowner does a wonderful job of communication prior to arrival and during stay. We will definitely be renting here again!!!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

We were a family of 11 for this trip and this home worked wonderful for us. Plenty of space, clean, very close beach access & close proximity to many activities. Owners were quick to respond with any of my questions. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone!

Beautiful and comfortable stay

This house was gorgeous! All updated with beautiful decor. Beds were comfy and showers were amazing-hot with good pressure. Deck space all around was great- lots of chairs! Ocean views were lovely, and such a short walk out to the beach. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location!!

The home is in a fantastic portion of the Ocean Lakes property. The booking/payment/communication process was fine, Robert was easy to work with. Now, understanding we booked Labor Day week and this is the end of the season I understand things won’t be perfect but the home itself was pretty dirty upon arrival. We spent some $$ on pillows and ordered linens from a 3rd party company to help with the bedding situation. The floors were pretty dirty along with dirty dishes. We again bought a mop and took care of the floors. Ran all the dishes through the dishwasher. After a day or so we settled in and enjoyed our time. So close to the beach! The back porch TV made enjoying evenings out back fun!

Amazing Vacation Home!

We LOVED this house. The set up, the space, the outdoor seating, the easy communication with the owner, top to bottom, FANTASTIC place! Would highly recommend to anyone! My only issue would be the parking. Being it's on the end of that side of Ocean Lakes, parking is a little tight, especially if you're trying to work in golf carts. But, just put some vehicles in overflow and you're golden. Even with that TEENY TINY issue, I still give this place a 10 out of 10!

Great 4th of July with a hurricane

We had a wonderful time. We had two combined families with friends. 10 of us slept comfortably. We had extra friends over for the fourth for a cookout. Plenty of space. The back porch at night is wonderful for hanging out and catching the ocean breeze. We were happy we picked this house. The distance to the beach was a very easy walk. The house did well during the hurricane. We will definitely rent this again.

Perfect house for the whole family

My family and I have been to Ocean Lakes multi times, this is our first time being so close to the ocean. You really don't need a golf cart, you can walk to the ocean and there is an ocean view from every deck! My checklist when I am looking for a rental includes: Are the beds comfy, is there enough hot water or a large group of people, does the dishwasher and washer/dryer work.....All of these items were checked off! I would defiantly rent this house again.

We decided to take a few days to breathe fresh air and clear our minds from everything that goes on in the world and when I tell you this place was beyond the most amazing home away from home! I definitely look forward to visiting 1206 again really soon
