Cute 2-Bed 2- Bath Cottage in Kirkwood MO

Visit the “Gateway to the West” and stay in our newly built Little Blue House in Kirkwood (a suburb of St. Louis). Very bright and open, this charming, one story home will be perfect for anyone from busy kiddos to LOLs (little old ladies) who can't run up and down stairs anymore! Accomodations include 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, as well as a pull out sofa with a queen size bed. We have recently added a pack n play for our youngest guests. We have plenty of parking right next to the entrance. This darling house comes with keyless check-in, a fully equipped kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, on demand water heater, and high speed wifi. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room as well. Remote control zoned heating/cooling ensures everyone stays comfy no matter what the weather brings. Even the bamboo floors are heated for those cold winter mornings! Situated off the interstate, this cozy house is a short drive to several restaurants, shopping, downtown, the Arch, Ball-Park Village, and a host of other attractions that St. Louis has to offer. The Magic House, a delightful Children's Museum, is less than five minutes away.

The little blue cottage was perfect for our stay. It was super clean, comfortable and accessible. Everything is exactly as described and Mimi was responsive prior to our stay and during our stay. The neighborhood was safe - I took a few afternoon walks and was not concerned at all. I highly recommend staying at The Little Blue Cottage when you are in the area.

Everything was decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable. I knew the location and that’s why I picked this house because it’s so center to everything anybody would want to do. The owner Mimi was fabulous and made sure the house had plenty of everything to make our stay more comfortable!.

The house is in a good part of town. It was very clean with all of the amenities. Very good instructions on arrival and departure. 20 minutes or less to downtown St. Louis. Very nice!! Absolutely recommend!!

Beautifully done well thought out. We wanted a place that was comfortable and would allow us to catch up with old friends. We met with another couple and the 6 of us were very happy to hang out, chat and play board games. bedrooms and baths were very nice. there are a lot of convenient extras. Plenty of dining choices nearby.

Very cute, very clean, and very comfortable home. Homeowner even had snacks, coffee, and wonderful homemade jam waiting for us. The area is close to shops, restaurants, and centralized to all areas of St. Louis. The few streets surrounding this cute home seem to be in transition though, and weekend stays could be a bit loud with a nightclub on the next block over. The music was rockin' on Friday night well into the night. However, there's a Starbucks, Target, and HomeGoods within walking distance as well, so it seems to be safe enough even with the nightclub right there. The home itself is very well lit and has security cameras, so as long as you don't take any evening strolls around the neighborhood, it's fine. But again- this rental is super cute, comfortable, and well thought-out.

The house is so cute. Stayed here to send our daughter off to college. This house is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Well stocked with towels. We love that the house has bright lighting around the house for security. I recommend this house and would stay here again. Hosts are prompt with responding also. Love that there are a lot of stores around the corner also.

Adorable house!

If I had to say something about the location, it would be that you hear the interstate traffic. I knew the closeness of the interstate though when I booked. Haven't lived in a city for 20 years...... The house was perfect for us and our trip though!!!!

Very nice property. Very clean. Feels like home. You can hear the highway, so if that bothers you bring a noise machine. It works!
