Quincy La Casa is an exquisite Spanish Revival Duplex built in 1929 in the heart of Belmont Shore. Recently furnished the large upper unit is approximately 1,400 SF with unobstructed views situated on a corner lot. Quincy La Casa has large windows throughout providing ocean breezes and plenty of sunlight. It is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, featuring barrel ceilings in the living and dinning rooms. The large dining room seats eight. The breakfast nook in the kitchen seats four. The large sundeck off the kitchen provides a bbq and dining table. Also convenient is the separate laundry room. Full amenities are provided such as toiletries, towels, bedding and a fully stocked kitchen. All rooms have large French style windows allowing for cool ocean breezes throughout the day. This well located rental is just two blocks to the ocean and one block to "2nd Street and minutes to Long Beach airport. 2nd Street is a well known shopping district that is home to more than 250 businesses where you will find almost everything that you need. Just eight blocks to the bay and you are swimming, boating, kayaking and paddling boarding. A Vons grocery store is within walking distance. As owners we are in the unit below. Don't worry this building was built in 1929 of thick redwood, you will not hear us and we don't hear you. But, if you need help or information at any time we are here. Pets are welcome with a pet fee based on individual basis.

Ideally located for both the beach and restaurants. Parking outside the house is easy and plentiful. The apartment is so spacious and comfortable, certainly felt like home. Had everything we needed, apart from a kettle (being Brits we do love our tea). The bed was really comfy. But the best thing was the sunny terrace, we spent so much time there.

Ideal spot

This was such a comfy home to kick off our vacation week. The only hard part was the leaving! Great spot for seaside access, not to mention all the restaurants and activity along Second Street. Highly recommend!

Great spot in The Shore.

Extremely clean property, easy/walkable access to beach, 2nd Street restaurants and shopping. Parking spot is a huge bonus in this area as street parking can be challenging. Great place to stay!

Long Weekend Stay for Long Beach Grand Prix

Excellent accommodations. The VRBO page is completely accurate and the apartment is actually more spacious in person. Very open and airy. VERY quiet neighborhood. April is a great host and was very responsive to the few questions I had while I was there. The location is very close to restaurants and shops and very easy to get around town. It's about 3 miles from downtown LB and the aquarium and that really wasn't an issue for me even though that's where I spent my weekend at. Was nice to be away from all that in the evening. Would definitely book again.

132 Quincy was exactly what we needed! We have friends in Belmont Shores, and this location was perfect for us. Only bits of feedback- 1) there is a peculiar odor to the place. Musty? One of our group commented it smelled like an old basement. 2) temperature control is difficult- we adjusted the thermostat by one degree warmer and the second BR and bathroom turned into an oven3) third bed is not sized for an adult. 4) comm from host was sufficient- not as complete as with other stays- info was in provided binder, 5) coffee service is top notch!

Fantastic location & beautiful space!

My family loved the 2 bedroom on a weekend visit to LB! Fun that we could walk to the beach & to bars / restaurants. The place was so cute & decorated perfect.

Adorable and magical!

April's house is just the sweetest little corner of the world that makes you feel like you have truly escaped the chaos of life. It is situated on a corner in a vibrant and bustling neighborhood, but we never felt overwhelmed or that there was too much noise. Even though we arrived on a night when there happened to be a parade that blocked many of our main routes to the property, April was fantastic in communicating quickly and accurately. We made it there with little issue and was able to park just outside. The parade actually added to the overall charm of the neighborhood, and our enjoyment of the visit. The home was neat as a pin, and had cozy furniture in good repair, along with clean linens, towels, a Keurig K Duo in the kitchen (perfect since my friend drinks coffee and I drink tea!), and all the things to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. We all agreed that we would definitely come back if given the opportunity. We highly recommend April and her delightful corner of the world on Quincy!
