Welcome to a place where any beach lover's dreams come true. This condo is beautifully decorated and offers breathtaking ocean views from a cozy private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen provides ample space for preparing snacks to enjoy while relaxing. With central air-conditioning and family-friendly amenities like a private washer/dryer and beach cabin-style bunks, this condo offers a perfect retreat. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom, ensuring a hassle-free morning routine. In addition to the beach, guests can enjoy shared pools, hot tubs, tropical bars, and more!

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 28, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.

Phase 1: Initial Construction Period

• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.

Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact

• Dates: November 25, 2024, to February 25, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.

Additional Information

• Tentative Schedules: All mentioned dates AND units are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions and homeowner association decisions.

Things to Know
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Guests must pay an additional fee directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers their parking and wristbands for amenities access.
WiFi speed may be limited due to occupancy.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 20.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Came in the beginning of the off season so didnt experience the parking hassles others have. Had it been peak season I would agree with others the the parking garage would be stressful during peak season. Check In was seamless, staff very friendly everywhere we went. Elevators weren't as bad as I was expecting by the reviews, but again not peak season. No troubles, spent very little time waiting. The condo itself had an incredible view, small balcony but big enough for our family of 4 to sit out and enjoy the beautiful view, which was incredible even from inside the condo. In its prime, this condo would have been 5 star. Some furniture is starting to fall apart, the brown couch had stains on it, and the rug looked like it hadnt been washed in a very long time. It was "clean" in terms of everyday cleanliness, but was obvious it hasnt been deep cleaned in a long while and upkeep lacking. Couldn't get the cable to work in bedrooms TV in bunk room falling off the wall, and towel rack in the bathroom. Shower head broken in bunk bath. We reported damage and missing remote to main tv and property management lady was quick to respond and get remote issue fixed and even f/u the next day. The kitchen was lacking many things. It would be fine for someone whos not planning to do much cooking in house, but we are a big "food" family who all likes to cook. Overall, good experience - for the price no complaints. But def not what pics portrayed or our best stay.

The room was perfect clean kitchen was fully stocked with utensils plates everything you would need. The view was outstanding. The elevators suck! Not enough and overcrowded. And the parking sucks! But the property is amazing! Had a great time!!

Great View

Nice room and great view!! Issues we had were the tv’s never worked, our wristbands had issues even after getting replacement bands, and the parking garage is not a fun experience with very tight parking spots. Beach access was very easy, but the “No tents in front of rental chairs” was not enforced.

Beautiful view

This is on the 20th floor with an amazing view, and location. Pool area was beautiful but too early to use. Balcony was amazing.Clean but needs some updating. Older appliances and furniture. We were there two weeks and they only had 2 packets for dishwasher and there were only 2 small towels for kitchen. No hot pads. I would have liked a better equipped kitchen.

Excellent Option at Shores of Panama

This was an excellent rental: the bunk room has a door and its own bathroom, the master is huge, black out blinds if you want them and ensuite, and the furnishings are comfortable. The views can't be beat.

Gorgeous view but needs deep cleaned

The property is exactly as described and the view is unbeatable but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness. Upon arrival, the cleaning crew were still cleaning the room so we waited outside for a lengthy time with our luggage and kids after a long day of travel. At first glance everything looks nice and the decor is very beachy. We tried to turn on the living room tv but had no success. We found that the tv was not even plugged in. We moved the media console to plug everything in. The tv still wouldn’t turn on. My husband took apart the remote and there were no batteries in it. Same thing happened with no batteries in remote for the bunk room tv. Every dish and glass we pulled out of the cabinet was dirty so we washed every dish before using it. (I know some of that is on the people renting before). We also had to buy dish soap as there was nothing to clean with. The unit is equipped with a waffle maker and there were chunks of dried batter all over the countertops. I went to warm lunch for the kids in the microwave and the actual tray is missing. My kids wanted to play the PlayStation but there are no controllers. My husband pulled out the sleeper sofa and there was a wad of linens in the middle of the bed. We had a rainy day and stayed in to watch movies but there were no extra blankets or any linens other than towels to cover up with. Lots of tiny inconveniences that will keep us from returning to this exact unit but the view and the pool were exactly what we needed.

Nice room but...

We'd like to come back and stay maybe on the 10th floor or lower,we didn't like walking around the outside of the building up so high. We also didn't like the fact that it took so long for someone to come get the soiled linen that was left by cleaning staff outside the front door. And the floor was extremely dirty. I don't believe it was mopped at all. The kitchen and bathrooms seemed to be pretty clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We still had a great time. mopped

Great stay

The condo was perfect for a family of four. We stayed a week. The location is right on the beach and the views are wonderful! You can hear the ocean with the balcony door open. The outdoor pool is beautiful, but cold, and does get crowded on nice days. The condo staff and security are very nice. The elevators are terrible, especially being on a high floor. They are very crowded and slow, but the function well. Highly recommend and would come back.

Clean, great views, slow elevator

The property was very clean and the view was spectacular! Upon arrival, the dryer didn’t work and someone quickly came out to see if they could figure out the problem. When she came in, she also emptied our trash and left us extra trash bags! The elevator is VERY slow and one was out of order the entire stay. Property staff isn’t very friendly. Overall, good experience just be prepared for extended waiting for the elevator.

Great Vacation Spot

The property was clean, well maintained and easy to access! The only concern we had was arrival, we received the text for early check in and the code didn’t work. A quick call to the support line and we were in the property within minutes. I will definitely book again!
