Enter through a secure lobby and ascend the grand staircase to your third-floor retreat: The William Sewell Jr. Suite. This airy studio apartment features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters, a rainfall shower bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. With its open layout and relaxing décor, it’s ideal for single travelers or couples seeking comfort and style.

Situated on Bay Street in the most walkable part of Savannah’s Historic District, The Suites at Bay put you steps from River Street, Broughton Street shopping, local restaurants, and Savannah’s vibrant nightlife. Whether enjoying a cocktail at Treylor Park downstairs, strolling along the riverfront, or exploring historic squares, our Savannah suites are the perfect home base in the heart of downtown.

Parking for The Suites:
Each Suite features one private parking space in the nearby Lincoln Street Parking Garage, a rarity here in Savannah! Guests will retrieve their scannable parking pass upon checking into their suite and use it to enter/exit the parking garage as needed. All other parking is on-street, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Business trip for me, fun for my wife and granddaughter. I spent most of my time at a conference, but they had fun exploring. Location was awesome, right in the middle of everything. Unit was clean and nice. Included parking spot was a major bonus!

Great location

The location is perfect. Nice sized little studio that has everything you need. It was great that the apartment had a washer and dryer as well. Getting to do laundry on vacation is awesome. It’s the perfect spot to explore Savannah. My only complaint was that the door lock to get into the building was a bit tricky. Everything else was great.

Great little apartment in the heart of Bay St

This little apartment is in a great location and is perfect for 1-2 people. Be aware that you will be climbing stairs to the third floor, but once inside it is a nice spot to land.

I was very impressed with the studio and location. The studio was a comfortable place to recuperate and relax during the hottest part of the day after a morning of walking around get charged up for an evening out.Across Bay St were the backsides of the River St buildings that contained shops and cafes with River St (river front) shops, restaurants, and bars just on the other side. The free dot trolly route was a two short block walk south from here.

We loved our stay with only three exceptions the shower and the blinds in the living room. The water pressure wasn’t great and I didn’t like the rain shower head from the ceiling also when laying in bed at night you can see the lights from the parking garage across the street. I had them closed the entire stay.

Great location, just a few little issues.

We really liked the place. The only small issues are the lack of water pressure in the shower (rain head only) and the living room fan wobbles/ticks kind of bad. Other than that, the old world charm and being right on E Bay St was a nice location.
