Lovely, open, and very clean space. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The parking garage was barely two blocks away and super easy with the provided parking pass with this listing. It was nice to have a working ice maker as well. The only issue was the small space for the toilet.

Perfect apartment and perfect location!

The location was close to walk to everything! Downtown, riverfront, historic district, Starland and parks! Comfortable setting and quiet neighborhood. Clean and so comfortable. When we are back, this will be the spot to book again! Thank you.

Scad stopover

The unit itself was lovely. We were visiting on a weekend during bachelorette season, Scad open house, and a marathon weekend so the noise level was more elevated than normal.. Saturday night sleeping was challenging

Saint Patricks Day

Stay and visit for Saint Patrick’s Day parade we’re all a great experience. Your lodging was ideal and perfect for our experience. Our two complaints are the bathroom which is so small! We are fit average size people but still had trouble navigating the bathroom. Noise from the street due to the partially open window to accommodate the portable AC unit was slightly difficult for sleeping.

A leg of our journey

The location was fantastic! Close enough for a couple non walkers to walk everywhere. Parking was nearby - so no biggie. The stairs into the building were tricky. Heavy baggage a challenge on wet stairs. The decor was beautiful. Place was clean, bed comfortable. Only got noisy when a neighbor fired up some death metal tunes. Bathroom needs work. It’s like you crammed an entire room into a closet. Definitely would stay there again. : )

Great location in town, unique space

Overall, this is a great location to stay at. The bed is very comfy, the space is quaint and quiet. The only complaint we had was the bathroom. The toilet has very limited space to use and there are very few hooks/storage in the bathroom for your belongings. The AC unit inside the room is very loud, but it acts as a white noise sound to the traffic outside.

Nice place, but a bit noisy

We had a nice long weekend stay for a wedding at this property with just a few minor issues. The property itself is in a good location and is quite charming. Negatives for us were the fact that the parking card for the garage two blocks away didn’t work so we took our chances finding spots on the streets near our location. The other negative is the fact that the heating/cooling system is noisy and has a lever tube exhaust going out one of the front windows. It was never closed and sounds from the street were loud and made it difficult to sleep.

Many Good Things, But Other Things to Consider......

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While this VRBO was very accommodating, some items need to be addressed. I realize that older homes have restrictions on how much can be remodeled, but the description of this property needs to be updated to accurately show what a guest is expected to see when they arrive. Yes, the bedroom and living room are VERY spacious, and the furniture is comfortable, but the bathroom is laughable. What plumber would suggest to put an elongated toilet in an incredibly small space? Our knees touched the wall when using it. This should be explained in the VRBO description, especially for guests with longer legs. It was NOT comfortable and disappointing. The location is great, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Not a far walk from the riverfront either. The windows in this building seemed original and do not keep out the sounds of the city. We could hear conversations on the sidewalks outside. Previous reviews did mention the noise, but it was nosier than I expected. The Property Management was GREAT. Correspondence after reservations were made was good. They responded quickly to our requests and even let us stay an additional night to avoid the impact of the hurricane. Their app also gives all the info you'll need. I'm leaving these comments so future guests can be prepared. I would rather know up front and make an informed decision on my stay, than to be unexpectedly surprised/disappointed when I arrive.

Perfect Location

Check in was super easy, the apartment was perfect size, and couldn’t have been a more convenient location. Didn’t use our vehicle all weekend. There is so many great food and coffee locations nearby. Would definitely stay in this location again!

Spacious Apartment & Great Location

This was our first time in Savannah. The apartment was perfect, it was big, clean and had everything we needed. Not only did we have a great apartment, it was the perfect location. We parked our car and did not have to use it while we were there because we were able to walk everywhere. I would definetly book again.

August Work Week in Savannah

Savannah is a great place to visit for work or play, the property location is walking distance to any place in the historic district. Property was very clean, well equipped and plenty of towels. Bed and Pillows are comfortable. The location is great and the only downside would be that you can easily hear the street noise all through the night. This is an annual work trip for me and my wife traveled with me, we will stay here again.
