The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

There was nothing stated on the website when we booked that the building would be under construction during our stay. The workers started on the roof at approximately 7:30am both Saturday and Sunday morning of our stay. They were playing music extremely loud and it forced us to leave the condo during the day since it was so disruptive. While trying to enter the building, we had to walk through mud since the roofers had a ladder located directly in the sidewalk . They had the road parking lot blocked off multiple times with roofing debris on the ground. The pool area was out of clean towels and dirty towels covered the chairs and tables. There was mildew on the ceiling tiles and the men’s shower was out of order. The condo itself was clean. We were unable to use the balcony which we hadn’t been notified of prior to booking. There was trim missing from the floorboards. The view was great but I definitely think the construction should have been communicated to us prior to booking this non-refundable room. Extremely disappointed with the experience we had.
