Cozy, very warm, clean, and well-located condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a palace for the three of us and a wonderful retreat after a day of skiing. The shuttle to Canyon Lodge was a couple minutes' walk away, and it took us about ten minutes to walk down to Mammoth Village.Only two minor complaints: no coffee provided (not a huge deal, but guests should be warned in advance--bring your own for drip coffeemaker!), and even though ample firewood was provided there was no lighter, only fairly weak matches that proved insufficient for getting a fire lit.

Most comfortable stay

This is the 4th time we stay at this property we visit mammoth lakes once a year and this is always no doubt the best place to stay ill be booking our next stay before summer next year.

Great Location

Super close to Mammoth Village. Very clean had everything we needed. A couple of minor things (slow flushing, toilet in one bathroom and an initial issue with Wi-Fi) but I was able to resolve the Wi-Fi issue and the second bathroom was fine so I didn’t reach out to Vacasa. overall great experience.

Perfect place for families!

Best place we’ve rented in Mammoth! We’ve made annual trips to Mammoth the last 5 years and this was our favorite rental. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, parking was right out front, proximity to the village was great. We had a blast all weekend with our 4 kids!

Cozy location

The location was great. Very easy to access Village, Canyon Lodge or Main Lodge. The market and restaurants were so accessible. We really enjoyed our stay there during Memorial Day weekend skiing.

Great location

The cabin was cozy and comfortable. It's in a great location - 15 min. walk to the gondola. For a group of 8, not many supplies were provided (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, etc.) and it was a little cramped, but we made it work. The hot tub and sauna were an added perk (bring towels, as only bath towels are provided). Overall, we had a great stay.

Great location

Nice location it was nice set up having an upstairs and downstairs both with their own restrooms everyone had their space kitchen was fully stocked had everything we needed for cooking I thought there would be a barbecue on the balcony since there was one in the pictures but we ended up having to use the outdoor grill in the common area would have preferred to just barbecue in privacy overall location is the best walking to village and trolleys

Nice three level townhome. Everything is as advertised. 100 yd walk to a Blue line bus stop, makes it easy to get to Canyon Lodge. 10 minute walk to the Village. Kitchen, dinner table, fireplace, living room, and home entry on middle level; bedrooms and bathrooms one level up or down.

Fully equiped

When you're staying at a cabin for a few days, you hope that they have everything you need. That's what you get here. The remodeled kitchen had everything, and new too. Parking was right in front of the cabin, so convenient. 5-10 minute walk to the village and gondola. Enjoyed our stay.

Cozy spot in a great location!

Great spot that fits a lot of people. Beds were comfy, kitchen was up to date and had a bunch of appliances/cooking stuff. Loved the fact that you could walk to the gondola (granted it is about a 8 min walk and there are stairs so if you have ski boots you might want to do another pair of shoes) but it's also close enough to drive to canyon if you want to do that. Only thing that needs updating is the showers. Great wifi and smart TVs.

All in all it was a great place. The Management company was great to work with. We walked to the bus stop in our boots and carried our gear (about 3 minutes) and took the bus down to the village. We decided to hop on the gondola from there up to Canyon Lodge. Coming home was easy as well. Just recommend bringing your own pillows...wasn't the best nice sleep!

Perfect little cabin

It was very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of firewood, and a nice location. There were 7 of us and luckily we are all very close, because it was quite cozy/small in the main living area. No bathroom on the main living area so lots of up and down stairs trips. View from the balcony was pretty and it had far less stairs up to the front door than many of the other units. Overall worked great for our 4 day trip with family & friends.

No hot tub, otherwise nice

The place was clean and spacious, however the hot tub was out of order (and seems like it has been and will be) And the saunas were a little sketchy loooking. If those things are not important to you, it’s a great place to stay.

Villa 24 stay Feb 2022

The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and comforter was spotless white (which means clean) they also had plenty of extra blankets if needed. Lots of room for privacy. We had 3 generations go so grandpa and grandma had upstairs and parents with kids downstairs. Probably only downside was no TV in the second bedroom downstairs. Great location and easy parking right in front of condo.

Good place. Wished we had toilet paper in both bathrooms and a broom. I know they have a cleaning crew, but when you have little kids that is kind of necessary. Checked the office few times for all this and for the parking passes but never found anyone. Other then that everything was good. Would go back.

Great location but disappointing property

When we first arrived the property looked to be clean and pleasant. Shortly thereafter we realized that there had t been a deep cleaning for some time. The heater near the front door was quite dirty, there was a lot of dust on top of the shower, a portable fan was unusable due to the dust in it. Dust flew out of the loveseat when we sat down. The property had a hot tub in the complex that wasn’t clean. For the price we paid we expected a much better maintained property. The location was good.
