Sterling Shores Resort has a huge, lush, pristine resort complex with private beach access and from your balcony, you will be able to see the entire area to include the community lagoon pool, the BBQ and picnic area, as well as the oasis pool right on the beach, and the sparkling Emerald Coast beyond.

This private condo is located on the fourth floor. This condo also includes 4 personal backpack beach chairs!

The Sterling Shores Association has scheduled a weatherproofing project for the exterior of the building. The painting portion of the project will begin on June 1st and is estimated to be completed by the end of September 2025. During this time, Vacation Homes won't be directly affected, though Guests can expect to see activity around property. The next phase of the project will begin on August 11th, on the balconies and walkways, at which point Guests will experience loud noise from the project and closures of certain areas and balconies. The waterproofing project is expected to be completed by March 2026. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the project to provide the best vacation experience possible. To accommodate larger parties the sofa in the living room pulls out into a full-size sleeper sofa. You have access to a large balcony with plenty of seating and a beautiful view! Adjacent to the living room are the dining room and breakfast bar which are spacious and provide a great place to gather for home-made creations should you choose to dine in. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances and is stocked with all that is needed to prepare for those memorable moments spent with family and friends. The laundry closet is conveniently located in the main hallway just off the kitchen.

The master suite offers a main master bedroom, a private master bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and access to the spacious balcony. The master bedroom boasts solid wood furniture, a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and spectacular views! The master bathroom is tiled and contains a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom contains a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combination.
