Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location and was perfect for my family. The condo was also very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We had a wonderful trip. The property management team communicated through emails and a few texts. Unfortunately I could never get ahold of anyone via phone call (left messages with no call back.)

It’s wonderful to hear you had such a great trip to Kauaʻi. We also appreciate your feedback regarding phone communication and apologize that your calls were not returned. While we’re glad we were able to stay in touch through email and text, we understand how important it is to be able to reach someone by phone when needed, and we’ll be following up with our team. 5-Star family friendly with all amenities you want on your vacation- but one note *AC doesn’t do justice and it’s not cold for all you AC lovers! I will say this- open the door and windows and let the fresh air in, and it’s not that bad! You’ll get that Hawai’i breeze. We went the day after Hurricane Lowell and was a little worried, but it turned out more than okay. We are ever grateful for your beautiful home and the gift of goodies that you left. Thank you.

It was a beautiful resort and we loved our time in Kauai. I wish I’d known the big room was upstairs and it was a lot hotter up there with a max limit on AC no cooler than 73. I fell into a foot deep hole in the parking lot outside our condo and bruised my tailbone which made the last few days of the trip hard cause it hurt to sit. They filled the hole in with gravel but nobody on the grounds stopped to even talk to me about it even though I reached out several times. Other than that it was a gorgeous condo, very close to everything we walked to the shopping centers and could even walk 17 minutes to the beach. I was impressed with how well stocked the condo was. Shampoo/conditioner/body soap kitchen supplies, ziplocks paper towels etc that was a really helpful. We’d definitely stay at this resort again. Mahalo

Mahalo for sharing your experience. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful condo, convenient location, and all the thoughtful amenities provided throughout the home. We were very sorry to learn about your fall in the parking area. When you contacted us, our team responded and notified you that someone would be coming to address the hole, which was subsequently filled with gravel. We apologize for the misunderstanding—we were not aware that you were also waiting for someone to personally follow up with you regarding your injury. Had we known, we absolutely would have reached out, and we’re sorry that left you feeling unattended to. We appreciate your feedback regarding the upstairs temperature as well and are happy to hear that, despite these concerns, you enjoyed your time on Kauaʻi and would stay at the resort again. We would be happy to welcome you back. Vacation Realty Hawaiʻi ʻOhana

Beautiful property, very clean, the set up was perfect for our group. Check in process was very easy and the property management company was very responsive. The hot tub and kiddie pool were out of commission for maintenance which was our only disappointment as we were looking forward to those amenities. Location is great and excellent value for your money.

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience staying at the Pili Mai Condo. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the place was clean, the kitchen was nice. It was nice to have a garage. It was on the smaller size so a large SUV or Truck won't fit. The A/C was great. The back balcony view was nice. The washer/dryer was nice to have. The Hot Tub was shut down unfortunately which was a serious bummer but that was probably out of the control of the property owner. It was in great proximity to very nice beaches. Over-all it was a great experience.

Mahalo for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad you had a great stay at Pili Mai and enjoyed the comfortable beds, clean condo, strong AC, and convenient amenities like the garage and washer/dryer. It’s wonderful to hear the location and nearby beaches helped make your Kauaʻi experience memorable. We’re sorry the hot tub was unavailable during your stay and understand how disappointing that can be. We’re happy to share that the hot tub has been repaired and is now fully operational. Thank you again for your kind feedback—we’d love to welcome you back again for another great stay on Kauaʻi!
