Beautiful, Large 3 bedroom 3 bath home right on the Riverfront with Private Dock and room for 2 boats.
Open living space all on the main floor complete with 2 dining table spaces plus bar.
All bedrooms on the 2nd floor-
Master Suite with balcony over looking the River ... you can’t beat the Sunsets from this spot
Bedroom 2 ... Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3 ... 1 double beds plus two trundle Beds
Nice patio spaces with seating areas and BBQ at front and back of house. Lots of ATV parking onsite!

Great sunset views on the river, two nice docks! The House was very nice and had everything you needed. I am going to stay there again for sure!

Perfect river getaway

Condo was great. Very clean, and host has great communication and responds promptly. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place

The house was great and was fantastic that it was on the water. The kids loved being able to jump and fish off the dock. The owners were responsive with any question that came up due to family things, that was invaluable. I would recommend this for a family or a friends get away.

Amazing Host’s and amazing home

We had an amazing time. The house was extremely clean. There’s a local boat launch which was by far the best launch ramp I have ever used. The Host Robert and his wife we amazing to deal with. Oh and the docks were awesome. Plenty of space for all your toys and even a good evening ended to the family play in the water after a long day on the water

Nice River House

Nice river house with access to docks. It reminded me of a generic track home until you looked out the windows onto the patio where you have an amazing view of the river, greenery and mountains. It was fully stocked with what ever you needed which was appreciated. Thanks again!

The house was nice&clean. The bedrooms were a great size & accommodated our family of 7. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans & containers to store left overs or use for snacks & many other stuff. The house was well stocked with necessities like toilet paper & paper towels. There was enough towels for us to use as well. The outside porch area was nice & roomy. You do have to walk thru the neighbors patio to walk down to the dock. This was fine until you get neighbors that are heavily smoking marijuana, drinking, and playing music loud enough that it made it hard to hang out in the patio. This was not ideal for our famliy weekend. Unfortunately the dock area is not roomy enough to put up a canopy for shade near the water. There was also no ladder to get in & out of the water from the deck. This made it hard for some of our family to be able to enjoy the water. The refrigerator did not seem to get very cold. We ended up having to go buy ice to put our drinks in an ice chest the whole weekend. You know that need to crack open a cold crisp soda in 115 weather. The air condition was also not ideal. There is no control over the air condition down stairs. In the morning well cooking breakfast it would get pretty warm in the house. The same in evening when cooking dinner. It seemed like the air was turned off during those times. With some improvements & knowing now how we should prepare .. like maybe some umbrellas to be able hang out on the deck we may rent again.

This appears an unfair review by guest. We strive for and almost always get 5 Stars! The vacation rental next door is normally very quiet and we as hosts were never told of a problem, we could have easily address this as we host that house also. The Many AC's in the house are all controlled by the guest and are very effective keeping temperatures comfortable. The refrigerator was replaced with new high end type 6 months ago and works very well, please start with cold beverages when loading and only staying a couple days. There is a swim ladder on the middle dock for your use and we will add another shortly. Umbrellas are a problem do to occasional high winds, the deck does have a large sun shade structure. We hope you will visit us again, maybe when the outside temperatures are not so extreme.

Great Home Right on the River!!

First of all Robert & Lynn were both so personable and easy to talk to, very accommodating. Such nice people. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy memorial weekend with our family right on the river. beautiful spot, big patio lots of seating. Wood for the fire-pit. Beautiful view. Great doc for your boat. Cozy home. Lots of space. Comfortable beds. Can’t say enough. Will be back again!!!!

House was exactly as described! Had so many convenient extras. Having the dock for our boat and having 24/7 view of the river was amazing. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed at on the river. Loved every minute of it.

Perfect family vacation

We love a trip to The River. We’ve stayed at several rental homes and this one was our favorite. It has all you need, it’s right on the water, with a dock, beds were comfortable and plenty of space. Price is perfect as it’s not over the top large like many of the rentals or dirty like the cheeper rentals. We are a family with 5kids and we loved that we didn’t have to leave our dog behind. We will be back

Great location on the River!

We have stayed at many places on the river and this one was great for indoor space as some are so tiny. It was very clean and air condition plus added portable coolers kept the house really cool. The patio had an awning which helps so much. More than enough outdoor furniture and the location on the river is fantastic. It's not super crowded but close to everything. The only thing that was not great was the neighbors. You share a space w just a tiny short fence separating the two homes.... they were nice but really partied and very loud outside which made it uncomfortable for us to be on the patio. That is the way it goes and is totally uncontrollable. But the property and location could not be better.
