The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this completely renovated apartment, ideally located near the Eiffel Tower! Spacious and modern, it was designed to accommodate up to four people.
The apartment includes:
• A warm living room: equipped with a convertible sofa bed for two people, storage space, a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• A sleeping area: equipped with a Queen-Size bed (160 × 200) with extremely comfortable new bedding, as well as storage and a work area with table and chair.
• An equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: shower, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
• An independent toilet
The apartment also has laundry facilities: iron and ironing board, as well as a drying rack.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the washing machine located in the bathroom (visible in the listing photos) is currently unavailable; we are making every effort to restore it as soon as possible. Kindly note that no complaints or requests for financial compensation will be accepted in this matter.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to the apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: €250, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refundable from 21 business days after departure, provided no damage is reported.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Noise: Respect the tranquility of the neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Construction: Be aware of construction work inside the building; we cannot take responsibility for it.
Internet Access:
Usage: Avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for any connectivity issues.
Age Requirement:
Minimum Age: 21 years to make a reservation. Guests under 21 will only be allowed in the presence of an adult meeting this age requirement. No refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not followed.
