We stayed for 2 nights prior to embarking on a cruise. For a short term stay the property was adequate, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our major complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies and amenities. I've never stayed in a short-term rental that did not provide coffee and filters, tea, basic condiments such as sugar, spices, etc. A trip to the grocery store should not be required in order to have morning coffee.

Great Location! Super easy to find, located near everything, so easy to drop off at the airport. Clean space and comfortable for larger families to stay together but separate. Garage was large enough for my large SUV.

We enjoyed our stay overall, and the property was nice and had a lot of potential. The host was also great at communicating and was responsive throughout the process.There were a few things that could be improved. The most significant for our group was a fairly strong cat and cat-litter smell, particularly downstairs and in the garage. Since half of our party is allergic to cats, this was a bit challenging for us and something we would have appreciated knowing about beforehand.A few basic amenities would also have been helpful, such as a toaster and mattress pads (for hygienic reasons). The windows did not have screens, and there were a few minor items, such as towel racks, that could use repair or replacement.There were also several checkout chores to complete in the morning. The chores were clearly listed before booking, so we knew what to expect, but we did feel they were a little excessive, especially considering the 125 cleaning fee.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the host’s communication. With a few small improvements, particularly regarding the cat odor, amenities, and checkout expectations, we think this could be an even more comfortable place for future guests.

Description of "upscale" over states the property. Great location for easy connection to the airport but several major concerns: No bar b que grill. Did not observe a functional smoke detector. Mosquitoes everywhere! With no cooling HVAC, fans are needed and all windows must have screens. Cooking utensils were plastic of the Dollar General variety. Looked nice but not functional for actual food preparation, some still wrapped in store display/protective plastic. Much DIY renovation. Light fixture above dining table improperly installed. Closet doors improperly installed in master bedroom.

The owner was very pleasant and home was very easy to check in. However, the place has barely any Amenities No shampoo, body soap in any bathrooms, no Kleenex, only hand soap in each bathroom. Kitchen had only a paper towel roll and hand dish soap. Not a thing else for even one pot of coffee.Tap water was awful! All top drawers in kitchen were broken. Slider to go outside to the deck was locked closed with no key left. The most uncomfortable problem was just a light comforter in each bed. No extra blankets anywhere in the house. We were freezing all night!
