Steps to the surf and sand, this second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanside condo is located in the Annapolis building and offers a one-level layout featuring a living and dining area, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Living room has a full size pullout sofa. Balcony too! Just a stroll to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat offers a well-equipped kitchen, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 3 TVs, 2 Blu-rays, Wifi.
Community Amenities & Features: Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Parking Notes: Parking space #: Guests are reminded to place their parking permit on their dash when parking in Sea Colony. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 9:00 a.m. on checkout day. Each property has one assigned parking spot. If you have a second vehicle you may park in any unassigned parking space. Please note that unassigned parking spaces (for a second vehicle) are not guaranteed and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2025-2026 Weekly guest badge fee schedule (ages 4+ to use the resort amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, gym facilities, beach area) This is payable to the resort directly on your arrival at the Beach Shoppe where you pickup your parking tag.
