Perfect Location

My husband and I took a quick weekend trip and rented this location quickly. It was easily located and looked very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed with my family and the apartment is perfect, pretty clean, rooms have very good space, separate bathrooms, overall we liked a lot, we also used the gym and it is well equipped.

40th Anniversary

Excellent location, well priced, just the exact place to make our vacation perfect. My only concern was the timing of the security instructions - they came at the last possible moment! Regardless, we would book with them again.

5 star stay for sure, wonderful experience.

Overall our stay was incredible and the property manager was very responsive and accomodating. The home was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed plus stuff we didnt, but more is always better. The home is locationed close to lots of shopping and attractions. would stay there again for sure.

Good location

Living area is very well equipped and property is In a great location. The pool and gym area are not as nice as expected but they are conveniently located. Communication was sometimes delayed and make sure you don’t leave anything behind or there is a charge to have it returned by the cleaning staff.

The apartment was everything we wanted. It was clean, organized and the area was inviting with great neighbors. Shopping areas n restaurants were close by. My family n I really do enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much!!

It was a bee nest outside door. A lot of rules to make it easier for them to clean . This first place I ever stayed had rules on fridge. The outside not very good condition.

Stay was nice

Overall the stay was nice. The water was turned off one of the days. After calling, texting, and leaving a message the manager never did respond to my questions as to why or how to get it back on. Luckily it was off for a short period and it came back on.

If not for the cockroaches, this would have been a great stay.

Very spacious and cool temp. Not the level of cleanliness I hoped for, we were encountering cockroaches every morning and every return to the condo. Made me uncomfortable leaving luggage on the ground, soap in the shower, dishes in the kitchen overnight. Made me uncomfortable walking around without shoes or relaxing on furniture. I was happy to leave. Otherwise, parking was plentiful, master bed was spacious, weekend was quiet (construction next door began on Monday morning). Twin and queen in the second bed with detached bath. Large closets. Large entry living room. 15 min drive to Disney parks. Not great for walking the neighborhood or walking to food options. Car or Uber needed.

Not a terrible stay

The complex in general is not well kept, but the inside of the condo was nice. The photos of the pool and hot tub were not what we were expecting. They were also not heated and the hot tub was cold and therefore we didn't use either of them.There are 2 microwaves one has no handle to open but is only used as the fan for the stove but the other "working" one sounds like it is going to blow up. There are rodent traps sitting in the kitchen closet, and a can of spray for “Bed bug killer under the sink. Every room had a “ultrasonic pest repeller” plugged in to the outlets. They make a constant ticking noise. All lights and fans in the house are attached to a motion sensor light switch. This would also turn the fans off when sleeping which was annoying as we do enjoy sleeping with the fan on. The neighbours across the hall played really loud music until 2-3am and the walls were quite thin and we could hear it all. The communication with the owner was good, it did give us a bit of anxiety not hearing until very late the night before in regards to the check in procedure. There was ample parking and the condo is close to most amenities and was a short drive to Disney. The place seemed clean but with all the bug traps and spray it did throw us off a bit. Not sure we would stay here again but we weren't terribly disappointed.

Not my cup of tea

The complex in general is not well kept. The feel for the place before you even step foot in the rental is not good. When you open the door there is a very strong odor of bleach. The blinds in the living room are broken & have tape placed on them, you cannot open them to allow in light. Two microwave one has no handle to open, the other sounds like it is going to blow up. I was turned off a bit from the get-go by the rodent traps sitting in the kitchen closet, and the can of spray for “Bed bug killer”. Every room had a “ultrasonic pest repeller” plugged in to the outlets. They make a constant ticking noise. The bathrooms have a very strong foul odor to them. All lights in the house are attached to a motion sensor light switch. The light in the guest room would not stay off. Every time my daughter would roll over in the bed, the light would come back on. When we finally got settled, the neighbors came in from a late evening out. This noise continued until almost 230AM. The walls are quite thin so you can her any and all noises for the place next door. Not noted this is a 2nd floor space. The stairs are steep and extremely slick. The landings between the two areas of stairs are made of wood. This wood is rotting. We booked for two nights but left after one. The communication with the owner was good, if you like bug traps, trash outside, loud neighbors it is ok. It is in an ok location and a short drive to most places. Parking is easy and close to the building.

Preis / Leistung stimmt

Wohnungseinrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles war sehr sauber. Ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ca. 10 Autominuten von den Disneyparks entfernt.
