Welcome to our Paradise Vacation Home! It is located at the glorious Regal Palms Resort & Spa, just minutes from Disney World. It is fully renovated and upgraded with all new furniture and equipped with all you possibly need. This is a 2 unit home where the inner walls are shared, however, both units are fully private with its own separate amenities and entrances. Neither unit has access to each others units.

The space
The Living Area is just cozy enough for relaxing or fun Family movie nights. Access to the patio is from the Living Area.

Enjoy the lazy evenings on your own Patio w/Seating. The well manicured Regal Palms lawns welcome you for long walks or just watching the Children play outside.

The Dining Area offers seating for Six (6) Guests. The luxury decor and brand new furniture, flooring, and paint graces the entire home. You will love your stay and all of the special touches added to the home.

The Open Floor Plan of this town home provides easy access to the fully stocked Kitchen area with Granite Counters and Stainless Steel Appliances. All the conveniences of home are provided to enjoy family meals or quick snacks.

The Laundry Room is on the main level with both Washer & Dryer and a 1 load detergent and dryer sheet to get you started. This is a great convenience during your vacation especially when your staying for a few days!

Each bathroom has a travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, and toilet paper to get you started with you stay!

The Clubhouse at Regal Palms is also home to fantastic amenities such as a game room and gym which are included with the resort fees. Additionally, you can cast into a spell of relaxation at the onsite spa with a professional masseuse!

This is a Gated Resort Community

There is one parking space reserved for your unit. Your vehicle must be parked on the right side of the driveway. Additional vehicles will need a overnight visitors pass and must park in the overflow visitor parking area.
