Your search ends here. Welcome to Cliff's Edge. This is a brand new, stunning, modern mountain home perfectly located on the East side of Zion National Park. Endless views and starry nights. The ideal basecamp to explore all that Southern Utah has to offer. 20 minutes to the East entrance of Zion. 1 hour to Bryce Canyon and 2 hours to the North rim of the Grand Canyon. Once you step out on the main deck and take in the panoramic views, you will start to find excuses to stay behind and not go on the daily adventures. This home is the destination. Wide open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling glass, wrap-around wooden deck, and a gallery of windows showcasing the breathtaking surrounding red cliffs. Stepping off the large deck, you will find a stone path that leads to the cliff-side fire pit where you can enjoy stargazing and S'mores while you recount the tales of your day's adventures.

Inside, you will find large, richly appointed spaces, with a vaulted ceiling over the bright kitchen, dining, and living areas. The open kitchen boasts stunning granite countertops, a customized island, stainless farmhouse sink and stove, with ample space and amenities to please any cook. The laundry room contains a brand-new front-loading washer and 2 dryers as well as a half bathroom.

The master suite sits behind the kitchen, featuring a walk-in closet, custom lighting, a large 75 TV, and a private exit to the wrap-around porch. The spa-like private bathroom is off the master with a large soaking tub, separate toilet, double sink, and glass and marble tiled shower.
Just up the stairs, you will find an open loft area with a cozy L-shaped couch and large TV, as well as an office area perfect for remote working. There are also 2 twin beds. Two Queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom connect off the loft. The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults. We have 2 fold-out ottomans that are perfect for kids to increase the sleep number to 10.*** (See pictures in listing). Each bedroom features its own large TV as well as exits to the upper deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while taking in the views of the white and coral cliffs of Orderville.

Cliffs Edge also has a 2-bedroom carriage home located above the detached garage. It is a separate rental that sleeps 4. There are no shared amenities, separate entrances, or parking, and they are designed to maximize privacy. Inquire about a discount if you book both properties. https://www.vrbo.com/2500803

***DURING WINTER MONTHS WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE A 4WD, AWD, OR 2WD AND CARRY CHAINS. YOU MAY NOT NEED THEM BUT BETTER TO HAVE THEM.***

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home overlooking the Orderville valley. Hosts kept in contact during the stay to ensure all was going well. The home's website was extremely helpful, especially the tips about shopping before our arrival. Though small, the grocery store in town was able to meet most of our needs and the attached hardware had some additional items we needed. Only regret was not being able to use the firepit and fire table on the deck due to dry conditions in the area, but totally understandable. This home made our Zion stay an epic week. The guidebook in the entryway included MANY other places to visit in the area and made us want to come back again!

This is one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in.

I wanted to visit a national park for my 70th birthday and so we chose Zion. We traveled from the Eastern coast. The landscape in southern Utah is magnificent. The Cliffs Ledge rental is situated so that all the beauty is in view from every window. It has a large kitchen with an open concept main room. We were close to the east entrance to Zion and not far from Bryce Canyon. There were 7 adults in our party, we explored and hiked something different every day and went back to Cliffs Edge for a relaxing dinner and drinks. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of exploration.

Winter Stay in Zion

What a perfect place to stay for four days in Zion/Bryce!. The house was comfortable, with a nice gas fireplace, and plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. I would definitely stay again!

Cliffs Edge is a 5-star home overlooking the Orderville valley with all the luxury features and gorgeous architecture you can ask for. This luxury home is fairly new among a bunch of new homes perched on a hilltop overlooking the valley below. With a hot tub and a gourmet kitchen, the stay was perfect. The local area includes many slot canyon hikes and is close proximity to ZION and BRYCE. The town itself has 1 sit down restaurant serving dinner with the rest being food trucks or small coffee or barbeque places. Grocery shopping at two small places offers enough to get by for breakfast and lunch but for dinner cooking you need to drive to the suggested places in the Cliffs Edge guid book.

Beautiful home in Orderville

Comfy 3 bed home with a pretty view off the deck. Very attentive hosts from a detailed welcome package to frequent contacts. Convenient location to Zion, Bryce, and Peek a boo Canyon in Kanab Just do a little planning on groceries ahead of time, which the hosts helped us with. A very nice kitchen and grill are available, and the Utah parks are amazing.

Beauty in Utah

This was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented. It was beautifully furnished and decorated and very well equipped with household and bath items. The outdoor space was wonderful and the views incredible, especially at sunset. The home is very private and the location can seem a little ‘middle of nowhere’, but it is actually very nicely situated between Zion and Bryce Canyons and has the city of Kanab with some nice restaurants nearby, as well as a number of other attractions. We hope to visit again.

Hi Tilo, so glad you loved the home. The East side of Zion can seem a little remote but we love it out here. So much to see and do without the crowds of Springdale. Please come visit us again. Best, Alex and Vanessa

Zion adventures

Amazing house with breathtaking views sunrise and sunset. Close to a small grocery store and dollar store that met all our family food needs. Adventured into Zion for the narrows and scouts landing. Bryce canyon had the most amazing views at sunset. UTV rides to Peekaboo Canyon and The Chambers with ROAM. Then great relaxing evenings at the house, roasting marshmallows, hot tub etc. Perfect stay! If we come back, we will definitely stay at Cliff’s Edge again.

Perfect Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cliff's Edge. The kids loved the foosball and plenty of tvs to watch their own shows. The master suite was comfortable and spacious. The beautiful kitchen and open area made it easy to relax together. We found everything we needed with no effort. There was a great view from the hot tub of both the valley below and the starlit sky above. Would definitely stay there again! We were visiting Orderville for a quick weekend as our daughter was married in Zion National Park. This home was the perfect place to prepare for and relax after the wedding!

Perfect location and beautiful home!

A beautiful, well appointed home with gorgeous views and comfortable gathering spaces, Cliff's Edge is located conveniently between Zion and Bryce with access to northern Arizona sites like Antelope Canyon. The back deck provided the perfect space for relaxing after days of hiking and the spacious kitchen anad dining spaces allowed for great fun, preparing and enjoying meals together. Folks from My Zion Vacation communicated with us to ensure that we had a safe arrival and provided a digital guidebook that provided not only detailed information about the property but also helpful information about the area. We traveled with 6 adults and found the home to be more than comfortable for our party and would highly recommend it for anyone interested in exploring this fabulous part of the country,

Great house and location!!!

The house was amazing and the location was great. Orderville is 5 minutes away. It has a coffee shop that has great breakfast and lunch. The Family Dollar has everything you need, including groceries. Kanab is only 25 minutes away for some great dining. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the house or the host is that I'm not sure they have noise restrictions at night in the neighborhood because the house across from us were outside partying way past 11. They could have taken it inside.

What a view

The house is beautiful and clean and the view out the windows from the kitchen-living room-dining room and the deck is incredible. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were excellent. The water is hard so the shower heads get clogged, the ones in the primary bathroom wasn’t working well and the hosts changed them out right away. The hosts are very responsive. The location is perfect for visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. We also used a local guide with Roam Outdoor Adventures in Orderville to do some canyoneering very close to the house.

Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home.
Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns… it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.
