Terrible Host

We booked this place through Vrbo, emailed the host twice one day before our arrival requesting check in information, never received any response. We got to Rome, and was told by Vrbo to wait till our check in time of 4 pm, when we got there at 4, there was NO ONE to check us in nor we got any emails or communication from Magenta. We contacted Vrbo and was told the same thing that the host is not communicating/responding and since there is NO check in information, then it must be canceled by the host. If I could give them minus 10, I would, extremely terrible management company. NOTE this review is only for Magenta and not for Vrbo, On a positive note, Vrbo did come through and went the extra mile to find us accommodations and make sure we have a place to stay
