This one bedroom central air-conditioned / heated waterfront property has a state of the art Wifi system with use of laundry facility and pool.
This cottage is the center cottage and has recently been renovated with new high-end kitchen and bath. You'll have access to kayaks, bicycles, ping pong, volleyball, horseshoes and badminton with a 300 foot walking dock with benches for viewing the best sunsets in the world.

These cottages are fabulous! They are clean, have a full stocked kitchen, wonderful shower, and are located on the water with a beautiful sunset view. Brian, the owner, couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. This is our fourth year staying in his cottages and we will be back again next year.

This cottage is in cluster of three cottages and you can see the water from the deck, but not from the house.It is clean and comfortable. It comes with access to some boats and a nice long dock with a bench. It worked out well for us.

Perfect vacation!

Third time at this lovely property. Beautiful grounds with daily visits from wild turkeys and deer. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Immaculate cottage with WiFi, large tv, complete kitchen, and a great deck with a gas grill that looks out to the water. We will be back again next August!

Wonderful Vacation

This was our second stay. We loved the adorable and spotlessly clean one bedroom pet friendly cottage. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed canoeing to a nearby uninhabited beach. We will be back next summer!

Nice and tranquil

The cottage is beautiful. The pool is very nice. It is said on bay where there is a canoe. About a 7 minute drive to Montauk highway which is essential to a lot of things. I really did like my stay there. Everybody was very nice of the owners a very nice.

wonderful

Brian and Terry were wonderful hosts. The property was clean and comfortable. Sunsets can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again. The location is close to beaches, wineries, some great restaurants, and a grocery store. The pool is very refreshing and great after going to the beach. The only thing is that the pond is not really swimmable.

Would go back 100 times!

This property offers so many amenities you get a bay Waterview with amazing sunsets and a nice size cottage. That’s super cute clean and decorated with air conditioning a full kitchen, a front porch and all of the games on the property with bonfire and pool. They also offer a lot of channels on the TV, it was definitely worth it. Brian was AMAZING

What an outstanding experience! Quiet, private and clean and fully equipped. With a launching ramp at hand, the unprecedented access to the pristine Peconic / Atlantic for small craft is amazing. Brian was an excellent host, very welcoming and provided very helpful info when asked. Property was better than advertised, very clean and excellent renovation and fully stocked with everything we needed. In addition, Brian had waiting for us a lovely bottle of wine from Long Island Wine Country as well as coffee from a local coffee roaster. Property was in an excellent location, close enough to everything but also far enough away so that it was nice and quiet. We would definitely return.

I loved the cottages. Just needs lighting at night. Can be difficulty to see. A microwave would be helpful. Otherwise quiet enjoyable and centrally located to the destinations I wanted to visit. I would highly recommend
