We are located in the Eastport neighborhood which is walking distance to downtown Annapolis and close to many restaurants and shops. This newly refurbished and decorated condo has all new appliances, floors, shower, cabinets, gorgeous Quartz countertops, all new fun tile backsplash, bar and kitchen area with nicely done modern decor. We have an amazing rooftop with expansive views of Spa Creek. You can see the Annapolis State Capital, St Mary's Church, the Annapolis Naval Academy Chapel as well as St. Anne's Church at the top of Main Street. In the Summer, we have a rooftop pool to soak up the sun and enjoy the views. There is a community pier if you want to catch the Water Taxi to downtown.

Bespoke Waterfront Condo near downtown Annapolis!

This is a beautifully appointed and very comfortable water view condo in an excellent and convenient location! The decor is gorgeous, it’s appointed with high end appliances, and all the comforts 1 or 2 people would need. If downtown or waterfront Annapolis is where you want or need to be, this could not be a better location. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here in the future, if available.

Amazing location, quiet and easy

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here. It was a perfect size place for my wife and I. Not only is the condo an easy walk to Annapolis, the little town of Eastport is a hidden gem! We would definitely stay here again.

Great space in a great location

This condo was perfect for our 2/c parent weekend visit to USNA. Location was close to the Yard and DTA but in a quiet Eastport neighborhood. The views from the roof deck were amazing. Condo was very clean and host was extremely helpful. We'd definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay!!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our getaway to Annapolis. Jim was an excellent host, quickly responsive to all my questions. The condo is in a perfect convenient location and can easily walk to shopping and restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying here again!

Nice getaway

Great location. Property could have been cleaner. Property owner more interested in a full time rental not as as VRBO. Manager asked me to be out of the property during my stay so a realtor could show it.

We actually met at Griffins Bar (now called The Federal House in downtown Annapolis near Marketplace. We have two (almost grown) children and enjoy golf, hosting parties, boating, and traveling to mostly warm locations!
