4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a full private bathroom.

*Sofa and two extra folding beds.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, also towels are included.

THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

Guest Access:
The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.

Situated in the heart of Biscayne Park. This well located neighborhood is right next to the beautiful North Miami area. You will find all the main attractions just minutes away from the Villa!

There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:
- No parties.
- No gatherings.
- No loud noises or shouting.
- No loud music.
- No smoking indoors.

If you’re looking to rent a car, we have you covered!
For only $150 USD a day, enjoy an amazing SUV Bronco. Don't worry, it will be delivered and picked up at the property.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
