gym/rec. room, ski gear locker room, large wood-burning fireplace, movie theater lounge, and 690 sqft Mother-in-Law apartment with separate entrance over the 2 car garage. The grand master suit boasts vaulted ceilings, walk out deck, luxurious master bathroom and walk in closet. The home has a fantastic location with easy access, yet tons of privacy, and convenient proximity to Alaska's premier Four-Season Resort. *events or parties are not permitted at this property.

AMAZING!! Everything about this property was wonderful. The amenities in the home were perfect & the kitchen had everything you could possible need. We had a family birthday and there was so much seating & comfort in this home!! Pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. Can’t say enough good things about our stay & this home!!

Beautiful home! Excellent amenities, and very comfortable. The open shared space in the dinning and kitchen area was great for our large group. The views are spectacular as well. We all would highly recommend this property to others.

The home was much larger than expected and was very beautiful and clean. SM gave easy to follow directions, and was responsive. She went above and beyond to help us enjoy our experience and Girdwood. She even found the time to put up a Christmas tree inside and outside for our family, and also a wonderful little nativity scene that the children enjoyed playing with. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about this property to go ahead and do it! You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful location to explore Girdwood and the Kenai. The setting was beautiful. The views from the deck were unbelievable and very peaceful. There was plenty of room for our family of six, with an additional apartment above the garage. Sarah was great to communicate with and made check in easy. There is so much to do in the immediate surrounding area and within a close driving distance.

Great mountain home!

We had an amazing winter getaway. The house has tons of room and is well-appointed with a gourmet kitchen. Short distance to the lifts and beautiful mountain Views.

Perfect Alaskan Vacay

Our family of 10 stayed for 4 nights and used the house as a central location for daily expeditions and activities. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped for cooking and relaxing. The views from the back deck were spectacular.
