Place is amazing

Great place beds super comfortable quiet area felt safe the only thing is that there's construction going on in that neiborhood wich might bother some people. I stayed in town for business purposes I'm ok with that area less traffic and more quiet. Met the neighbors Tim and his wife they are great people felt comfortable there.

First stay

Actual place is immaculate, but area is terrible. If you’re used to Rocky Point you would not stay where these houses are being built. Very sketchy area, graffiti everywhere, right next to busy road, and very little room for truck/trailer. Hope you don’t bring anything more than a small car. Garage isn’t full enclosed.

This property is located in the new sub-division of San Besitos which is a master planned community with over 40 modern-designed homes in the safe and secure neighborhood of Brisas Del Golfo. This home is walking distance to local stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more. We started construction on the private pool area that you will have access too starting in Spring 2022. You will enjoy a beautiful new home, with new furniture, new appliances and more.
