Offering breathtaking ocean and estuary views, this home features a thoughtful split layout designed for comfort and privacy, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.
BEDROOMS – A spacious primary suite is located upstairs, while two cozy bedrooms downstairs provide space and privacy for the rest of the group.
LIVING AREA – Enjoy fireside evenings in the great room or in the primary suite, with expansive patios accessible from every room. Sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez create the perfect backdrop for relaxing evenings in.
KITCHEN – The open-concept kitchen is ideal for entertaining, with ample storage and direct patio access — perfect for ocean-view dining or a peaceful morning coffee.
OUTDOOR SPACE – Situated on an oversized lot nearly double the standard size, this property offers plenty of room to relax, entertain, and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. With easy beach access directly across the street, the shoreline is always just moments away.
PET-FRIENDLY – Pets under 25 lbs are welcome with prior approval and a $75 fee per pet. No smoking permitted indoors.

This home was more beautiful in person and just steps from the beach. The house had everything you would need and more! I would definitely recommend and rent again. Beds were comfortable and the views from the patio were amazing! Loved my stay and can’t wait to go again hopefully your home is available when we return!

This home was great! The listing pictures do not do it justice. It was very clean and a quick walk to the beach. The views from the kitchen window are awesome. The only thing I think they could improve would be having drinking water.

A fabulous five night stay, with pets!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay! This house is fabulous, has great ocean views from front, and from the back, beautiful desert views. It is very pet friendly, with a spacious back yard that allows plenty of room for dogs to run and play. If your dog is small, there are small gaps between gates that can be easily secured with the portable dog fencing that is supplied by the owner. Beds are comfy and home is well stocked with all of the basics.

They have amazing customer service, you can always get a hold of people and they will bend over backwards to make your stay just what you want.This Home, Casa de Las Vistas was just about perfect! The furniture, the bedding, towels, kitchen implements, and just everything was in excellent condition and clean. The ospreys, and sit on a telephone pole, right in front of the house for a great entertainment! There is no dishwasher, and I didn’t mind that because I was only one person, but just be aware of that for larger groups. Beautiful home and thank you to both Oceano and also to the owners!
