This charming 1-bedroom condo has been thoughtfully upgraded and has everything you need for your Keystone vacation. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa, or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Open up the doors to the private patio where you can enjoy the stunning views and breathe in the fresh mountain air. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can serve your family at the breakfast bar which has seating for 4 people.

The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and a flat screen TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

This condo is a 2 minute walk to the gondola, as well as several popular restaurants, shops, and everything else River Run has to offer! The Arapahoe Lodge lobby features a flat screen TV and foosball table. There is an outdoor hot tub, exclusively for Arapahoe Lodge guests, and you also have access to the outdoor pool/hot tub at neighboring Dakota lodge. Underground garage parking for 1 vehicle, private first floor ski locker, communal laundry room, and free wireless internet are included in your stay.

***The KNC Pool & Spas will be closed from April 14th to June 8th***

All of our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

There is parking for one vehicle at this condo.

Had a great stay here with my two sons on our mother son's trip! We enjoyed the place and the convenience of everything near by. Was amazing to be so close to the gondola and able to come back to the room for lunch/breaks. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Close to everything. Room was clean and perfect size for my husband and I. Elevator was broken that weekend, so having to bring all our gear up from garage was a pain.

Keystone getaway...

We enjoyed our stay in Keystone. This condo was great for access to the mountain as well as centrally located for restaurants/shops. Dillon is only a 10 min drive and offers many options for dining, shopping etc.

Midweek escape

Great location right in the village. Comfortable condo. Kitchen well equipped. Quiet. Pool and hot tub permanently closed though so have to use the one next door.

We booked this property because of it's proximity to the gondola. The condo offered everything we needed for a comfortable, week-long stay. The underground heated garage was an added bonus.

Incredible Property in the Heart of Keystone

My cousin and I stayed and enjoyed the proximity to Keystone Village. We did not ski Keystone and did ski A-Basin. Regardless enjoyed the locations, amenities, and hot tub! Highly recommend to future renters. If we recommended upgrades would be a more modern smart tv to stream YouTube, Netflix or Amazon Prime. and the Coffee maker did not work and needs to be replaced.

Location can’t be beat

This was our second stay at this condo and part of the reason we like it so much is because of the location. It’s so close to everything in river run and the main gondola and kids ski school. Also the condo is clean and well appointed. We had a slight issue with a leak under the sink at check in, but the condo rental management company was quick to send someone out and fix it. Overall this condo is great and easily accessible, and it’s a bonus that it faces towards the mountain so you can get a glimpse of the skiers.

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had all the conveniences one could expect - but there was no hand soap or shampoo. The property manager promptly had both delivered. I considered this a minor glitch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Well centered in the Village

Great location and close to gondola lift. Pretty much in the center of the village. Easy walk to all the Village restaurants. Garage and door Key pickup was offsite and simple. Lodge located on 2nd floor was clean and the appliances we used all worked. Has a small humidifier that is great for those of us not used to the dry weather. Did not used the hot tub because it was not working. The Dokota Lodge hot tub pool was available for use, but is a litter bit further walk. Would stay again.

So close to lifts

This condo was really clean and well equipped for our first ski trip to keystone. We were so close to the ski school drop off and ski lifts that I don’t think we could have gotten closer. The king bed was comfortable and there were plenty of hooks to hang up coats/ski bibs and towels . We had a little issue when we got to the condo , in that the keypad code we were given didn’t work. But I called the property manager and they gave us another one within minutes. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family of 4.

Fantastic Condo

The condo was amazing. My wife and I stayed four nights. The location in the village is great, 100 yards to gondola, the condo was clean, very stylish. The photos don't do it justice. I was a little concerned about hot tub not working. After experiencing the amenities layout it isn't a big deal at all. You have a heated pool and two other hot tubs 10 steps away from the condo building. I normally do not right reviews online but I thought this condo deserves a great review. The only recommendation I would make, I would add a few more hangers in the closet. It was a great vacation.

Great condo but several things to know

We were here during the Christmas holidays for a ski trop. The property is very nice and in a great location for skiing. There is a large construction project across the street that started up at 7:30 a.m. every morning. This is no fault of the condo owner but it is very loud and doesn't appear that it will be ending soon. The kitchen is nice but lacked the basics such as salt and pepper. We didn't know there was no salt and pepper until we started cooking breakfast the first morning. I have never stayed at a condo, with a kitchen, that didn't have salt, pepper, cooking oil or spray. Great place but would not stay here again until the construction project is complete.
