Deboem Vineyard offers a light and bright 3,000 sq ft of living space with an open concept and floor to ceiling picture windows perfectly framing the enchanting and rolling Santa Ynez hills.

A welcoming large brick patio made for relaxing after a day exploring the local towns, or hiking the many trails surrounds this amazing estate. Dine al fresco on our custom-built farm table with seating for 10 guests. The ultimate relaxation after a long day out and about!

The large breakfast bar opens to the dining area and great room with a vaulted wood beamed ceiling, cozy fireplace, large TV, plush and ample seating and creates the perfect space to relax and entertain. Newly remodeled and tastefully furnished, this modern ranch style estate accommodates 10 guests, offering 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The grand primary suite with private entrance on the right wing of the residence presents a soaring wood beamed ceiling, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the vineyard, and the charming fireplace adds a romantic ambiance. Large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom complete this luxurious suite.
