This newly built, spacious (5,618 square feet), custom craftsman home boasts quality! The residence features five over-sized bedrooms, each with floor-to-ceiling French doors opening onto private patios. Four of the bedrooms offer en suite bathrooms. The master suite features a private fireplace, patio and outdoor shower. The en suite master bathroom includes an over-sized walk in shower, closet and bath tub. As you enter the main house, the dark walnut plank floors and cream-colored walls provide a perfect back drop for the beautiful windows and comfortable furnishings. The formal dining room accommodates 10 guests for a lavish dinner. The large stone fireplace and gorgeous wall sconces add warmth and elegance. Opposite the dining room, the living room has hand carved beams and comfortable seating where guests can enjoy a glowing fire or sit at the entertainer’s bar. The chef’s kitchen offers all Viking appliances, two dishwashers, as well as over-sized island.

Oak Valley Ranch is nestled amongst mature oak trees and sits atop 20 magnetic acres where you and your guests will find total privacy. Shaded by a large oak tree, the back yard at Oak Valley Ranch is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing with family and friends. Enjoy sitting around the pool, teak wood patio table, playing Foosball, or having a go on the pickle or bocce ball court! Just a five-minute drive to town, Oak Valley Ranch is the ideal location for those guests looking to wine taste, shop, or dine.

Family Reunion for a 70th

We had such a wonderful time at this property. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with everything you could need to cook a gourmet meal. Each bedroom had an en suite, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space to unpack. The pool and pickle balls courts were a huge hit with all family members - no matter the age. Jordan, the house manager, was communicative and attentive to every detail. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful house!

This is a great property. It is spacious and beautifully furnished, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful. The house was very clean, well-stocked, with excellent mattresses. A wonderful place to kick back and relax with friends!

Fun in the Solvang Sun

This home is excellent for a large family/friends stay. The home is well equipped and they add a lot of nice touches. The Carrera marble counters in the kitchen are beautiful, but you do need to take care in what you set on them. The house does have a nice pool and hot tub, but heating it in a winter month did prove challenging as the pool and hot tub share one heater, but we still managed some pool time and enjoyed the hot tub too. The bocce ball court and pickleball court were a big hit with my guests. What's not to love about Solvang and the surrounding area! I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Amazing House in Solvang

We cannot say enough good things about this property. It is in great condition and boasts excellent location and indoor/outdoor feel. The house basically has everything you need and then some. We had a great time just relaxing at the house and enjoying the various amenities like bocce, pickleball and horseshoes. The property is excellent for a family getaway. We hated to leave.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Gathering!

My family and I had a lovely stay at this property. The home and surrounding environment are beautiful and close enough to businesses, but far away enough to provide quiet and privacy. Jordan was accommodating, friendly, and attentive to all of my questions prior to and during our trip. It is clear that this home is well-loved, well-cared for, and is set-up with great attention to detail.

Amazing weekend in wine country!

First, the photos do not do this property justice. The house is MASSIVE, and very private. A long driveway leads you to the outdoor area (pick ball court!) with ample parking for 3+ cars. Each bedroom is good-sized, and all beds are either plush King or Queen with en-suite bath. The master even has an outdoor shower, and there is an additional half bath that is accessible from the pool / backyard so you don’t have to drip through the house. Well-equipped home with Sonos speakers, large kitchen, and everything you could possibly need to make meals for 10 people. I think it’s better stocked than my own home! Jordan was great- excellent communicator, and always on call. our power went out for a couple hours and he came over immediately to check all the breakers. We had ample towels, toiletries, even under eye patches and face towels! 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Get Away

We drove up from LA with her daughters and their boyfriends to drink wine, hang out by the pool, and play pickleball. The house is beautiful, well set up, and close to everything that we wanted to do. We could not have ha d a better experience and will be definitely coming back.

Wine weekend with Friends

We had an incredible weekend at this property. Jordan, the property manager was amazing to work with, very communicative and willing to help with anything, he even dropped off firewood so that we could have a warm fire our first night. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. All ten of us fit in the beautiful dining after cooking together and BBQing. The bedrooms had comfortable beds with nice bedding too. We enjoyed the outdoor space which allowed for bocce ball and jacuzzi time. The sunsets were incredible from the backyard vantage point. We were able to spend time in Los Olivos which was close by. I would recommend this place to anyone with a big family or group of friends. It’s a special space that’s made for making memories.

Great for large families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in solvang. The open floor plan was just what we needed to spend some quality time with family. The foosball table was too much fun and really brought out the kid in everyone. Dorian was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Hidden Resort with fantastic view!

We had a wonderful time with family to celebrate our mom’s birthday. The pool and view at the house is amazing. The house is well stocked! Especially the kitchen. It has everything you need. We definitely want to come back. Thanks Jordan for the hospitality!

Beautiful Getaway

The property is outstanding with big expansive floor plan, plenty of hangout area for a large group, and outfitted with everything to entertain, cook and have a great time. The house is really gorgeous. The views and secluded spot made is a wonderful place for a reunion with special friends. Pam was great to communicate with and went above and beyond when we had delivery errors after our stay, she shipped them back!

Oak Valley Ranch Experience

The property was fantastic. The views, and the spacious well appointed home were even better than shown in the listing. The short distance to Los Olivos, Santa Ynez, Los Alamos, and Solvang made the location perfect for our family to enjoy all the Valley has to offer. The home also felt more like a friend's home vs. a rental property. The hosts Pam and Jordan were very responsive to questions and to helping us get settled in. We look forward to return visits to the property.
