Welcome to the Dragonflies!

Located by the water and two minutes walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops.

Discover a beautiful duplex apartment in a renovated building with a private beach!
Ideal for 6 people, it consists of three bedrooms, separate toilets on the ground floor and upstairs, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, a large terrace on the lake with a great view of the mountains, and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large living room/living room.
You can enter the lake directly from the terrace!
The lake is on one side of the building, and on the other there is the road. We have installed double-thickness windows to guarantee peace of mind for your nights.

The first room is equipped with a double bed 160x200cm, with a bay window overlooking the lake and the mountains, enjoy a spectacular view as soon as you wake up! The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200cm, the third has 2 single beds 80x200cm, ideal for children. All rooms are equipped with storage for your personal belongings.
High-speed TV and Wifi, equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine (filter and capsule).
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor.

The restaurants and shops are within walking distance, you can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Duingt, also called «the pearl of the lake», is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a setting of mountains. Visit its old village, admire its two castles and enjoy its beaches!

Enchanting Lake-side Apartment

The location of this property cannot be beat, nor the views. You are right on the water and can directly access the lake from the private deck. Whether you’re in the main living area or the master bedroom, you catch yourself just staring at the lake and it’s captivating beauty. You have everything you need whether you want to cook or dine out. The village is also very charming. We only wish it didn’t rain the entire time we were there. However, there is no more beautiful spot to watch the rain fall on the lake and the clouds cling to the mountain faces across the lake. We felt incredibly tranquil there. We absolutely recommend and would love to return. 10/10.

Séjour très agréable, Aurelien très disponible. Nous n’avons pas été gêné par le bruit de la route en fermant les volets et grâce a un double vitrage efficace.

3 jours en bord du lac

Tres bel appartement, situation ideale pour visiter annecy et ses environs. Toute fois, bruits de la route sur deux chambres. Vue splendide sur la grand chambre coté lac. Baignade directe de l appartement tres appréciable.
