Lake Annecy: waterfront loft in Bredannaz with private beach.

This 300 sq. m. fully renovated loft offers luxury amenities, as well as a wooded garden and a vast 200 sq. m. terrace leading directly to the lake, for a dream vacation connected to the surrounding nature.

The property is composed as follows: a bright, spacious 130m² living room featuring a magnificent, fully-equipped, contemporary and convivial kitchen, a first living room with its wood-burning stove and a dining room with a second sitting area, all of which opens onto the exterior and the lake.
There's also a vast master suite with a view of the lake and mountains, and a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
The night area comprises 4 bedrooms, all with storage space, a bathroom with toilet, a TV and games room, an office and a laundry room.

In summer, take advantage of all the water sports with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the pleasure of waking up to the sounds of ducks and diving into water at 23 degrees.
Terrace lunch for up to 10 guests in the shade of the trees and outdoor bar.
Nearby boat rental for water sports activities (boardwalk, wakeboarding, wake surfing, water skiing), canoe and paddle hire, golf, paragliding and hang-gliding (center 3 km away), climbing (2 km), accrobranche, canyoning, mountain biking, bikeriding...

Great home in a fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is spacious and well-equipped. Bruno and Caroline were kind and welcoming hosts and very quick to reply to questions. The lakeside location is stunning. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing view!

Very spacious, well-equipped apartment with a spectacular location for relaxation, water sports, cycling and paragliding. The outside area is outstanding and waking up every morning to the view was a real pleasure. We can’t wait to return next year!

Best possible location on Lake Annecy

It is difficult to imagine a better location for a stay on Lake Annecy. The enormous decking area leading directly to the lake provided the perfect way to swim or boat. The provision of a kayak, pedallo and paddle board was great. The living/dining/kitchen area is huge and provided plenty of room for all of us. The many bedrooms all had comfortable beds.

The most perfect spot!

This is your spot if you want the perfect location on Lake Annecy for a family gathering. The large apartment right on the lake was an amazing oasis. It was well stocked, from water toys to the kitchen. We would get up, go paddle boarding, get on the bike trail across the street, swim, snooze, and enjoy a family dinner on the deck. If you don't want to be so active, you can sit on the deck and watch the parasailers descend from the mountain across the lake. The hosts were very responsive to our questions.

Lake side at Brédannaz

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a large ground floor apartment directly on Lake Annecy with fabulous décor. The location and views were breath taking. We spent most evenings on the deck enjoying view and watching paragliders. Bruno the owner was great to deal with and very welcoming upon our arrival. The location and views were breath taking. We were able to take Bruno's canoe out on the lake which the kids adored. Will hopefully be back in the future.

Outstanding for lakeside family holiday

A large ground floor apartment with an extensive lakeside terrace and garden with spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Internally, the apartment was very well appointed, with large comfortable sofas, plenty of kitchen equipment and high quality bedding and towels. The bar on the terrace was an interesting feature and included a grill for outdoor cooking. Our whole family stayed, 6 adults and 4 children aged 2 to 9 and had a great holiday with mostly sunny weather. The large trampoline was very popular and we enjoyed being able to launch our paddle boards and swim directly from the garden, as well as using the property's canoe. Sunny evenings relaxing on the terrace were idyllic. The lakeside road runs behind the property, but noise was not an issue and we felt safe using the traffic-light controlled pedestrian crossing to get to the small village square and up to the bike track which runs along the lake. Communication with the owner, Bruno, was very good. An outstanding property for a family holiday by Lake Annecy.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks here. The most perfect location and very spacious accommodation.

We had a dream holiday in the villa. The outside space is second to none- lovely decked area, outside bar and grassed area for the children to play. We loved being able to jump into the lake from the deck. Very spacious house with plenty of room for our large group. The sauna was an added bonus! We will definitely return!

Stunning lakeside property .

Fantastic spacious apartment , situated on Lake Annecy . We had done Eurocamp with kids in that area 15 years ago so knew where we wanted to be & it cetainly ticked all the boxes . The family & all the extended family decided this was where they wanted to go back to , to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday . There was space enough for 8 adults & 1 baby to relax & not feel we were encroaching on one another's space . All in all it couldn't have been more perfect . Wouldn't hesitate in returning & have already recommended it to friends .
