This condo overlooks Wailoa River State Park and has jaw-dropping views of the water from the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms. 3 lanais.

This home away from home has everything needed for a short trip or a longer extended stay. This is the perfect home base for your Hawaii island exploration. Comfortably sleeps 4 guests.

The condo has flatscreen smart TVs in every room, WiFi, A/C, coin operated washer and dryer on the floor, a communal pool, designated parking for 1 vehicle, and the building has 24/7 security. Contactless check in.

Bedroom one - Brand new king bed with adjustable height base with brand new quality linens, dresser, smart TV, desk with chair, ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo, walk in closet.

Great location

We had a great time staying at this property in Hilo. The property itself was a little dated, which I think you can see in the photos, but it was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for everything we wanted to do. Would recommend!

Nice Location and Stay!

We enjoyed our stay here and would return for a future stay again. Property was very quiet and secure, located next to a beautiful park and Wailoa River. Amazing sunrise in the mornings was a bonus. Property manager was very responsive and attentive.

Beautiful View/Super Clean & Comfy

Beautiful view of the water and park below. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked with appliances, silverware, and toiletries. The Air Conditioning worked very well. The location is central to everything you would want to do in Hilo and it was nice and quiet in the evenings and throughout the night. My family enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. Communication with the VRBO owner was always fast with prompt and courteous messages and responses.

Perfect vacation spot

Nice, quiet and clean apartment. Easiest check in and check out process I’ve ever had with any rental. Lots of space if we were staying longer to store clothes, etc. The air conditioning worked great which isn’t always the case in Hawaii. Within walking distance of downtown. Will stay here again if going to Hilo

Great spot in Hilo!

Wonderful place with plenty of room! Great view and location. Was close to a few restaurants and a short drive to Volcanoes National Park. We felt safe and the building was well lit.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Nice location with a beautiful view, just outside downtown Hilo. Parking was easy. Check-in was easy. Accessible, responsive host. The unit itself was clean and spacious, with a well-supplied kitchen. Air conditioning worked great. The condo building has offices on the lower floors, so doesn’t exactly have a vacation rental feel but would still recommend it as an excellent base for exploring the east side of the island.

Perfect Condo and Location for WFH (Work From Hawaii)

Clean & spacious condo in the heart of Hilo!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Hilo. There were so many pros to this rental: convenient location, easy to access, well-stocked kitchen, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom layout, comfortable living room, parking, communicative owner, and the list goes on and on. This condo was truly a gem and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful view of the state park ponds; ducks and koi fish in a water feature that ran along the entire back area of the building; excellent, prompt communication with Terry; very clean; super comfy bed; great air conditioning and water pressure; within walking distance of some restaurants.

The views are great at this property! The owner, Terry, also gave us wonderful suggestions of local places to visit and things to do. The condo building has 24/7 security and we felt very safe there. The bathroom counters are low for taller people, but everything was clean and well-stocked.

Great, peaceful spot with a beautiful view.

This place had everything we needed. It is all up to date, including appliances, floors, bedding and kitchen supplies. Thanks for the great space. I spent each morning on the lanai with my coffee, the sunrise, and the koi swimming below.

Fantastic place for your family.

We were pleasantly surprised at how great this place was to stay, the location is amazing with access to the park and proximity to all Hilo has to offer. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was perfect for our kids and us. The living space is well laid out and gave us the perfect balance of simplicity and amenities. Our host Terry was also helpful when we needed anything and very clear about details when we requested them. I would highly recommend this place and plan to stay here again!
