Located in a beachfront building with a shared pool and tennis court, this two-bedroom home is ideal for fun getaways with someone you love. Hang out poolside to soak up the sun, or take a swim in the Gulf of Mexico after a long stroll. The suite's free WiFi will make it easy to research a fun outdoor adventure, and you can kick back in the living room to watch your favorite movies and shows. The private balcony has sweeping views of the gulf, ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of evening wine.

WHAT’S NEARBY
A vacation at Shoalwater means you're close to multiple grocery stores, a Walmart Neighborhood Market, quaint little boutique shops, and attractions like Gulf State Park (and its miles of backcountry trails), and fun arcades.

THINGS TO KNOW

The Shoalwater outdoor pool will be closed April 28th - May 2nd for resurfacing (weather permitting). The entire pool deck will NOT close. Area around the pool will be cautioned off and guests/owners can still enjoy the sun deck.

This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to vacay with friends or family!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in Orange Beach! Each bedroom was thoughtfully furnished with new beds, rugs, and stylish décor, making it feel like a true home away from home. The wraparound balcony was a highlight—spacious with stunning 5th-floor corner views and just steps from the beach. We loved the resort-style amenities, including the tennis and pickleball courts, indoor pool, and hot tub. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Between the comfortable condo and all the great nearby restaurants and activities, we’re already looking forward to our next visit!😎

A little disappointing...

Overall the unit was decent, it has a great view & nice large balcony however, it needs some updating & repairs. The tv's are ancient & not streamable, the blinds in the living area are broken, and the bar stools are unusable because they are so rickety (as somone already stated back in May, but they still havent been replaced). We want stay here again because there are too many nice units down the beach that are kept up much better.

Nice stay but could use better attention

Our family enjoyed our 4 night fall break stay. However, we were surprised and disappointed to feel sand in our sheets the first night. Overall the condo appeared clean but a few thing were missed. As much as we paid, this should not have been the case. Especially due to Covid. Due to this, I spent the beginning of our vacation doing some cleaning. Not desirable.

Not what I ecpected

Nothing! The place was filthy. Kitchen was poorly furnished. Living room rug should be thrown in the trash. Kitchen sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Baseboards in were dirty. Kitchen floor had several broken tiles. We have stayed at Shoal Water in the past. This is by far the worst condition we have experienced.
