Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your stay with us fell short of expectations. We here at Southern strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. I do not see that you called in to report these issues to us, nor were they mentioned to our 24/7 Guest Services Team. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention. We have scheduled a walk-through of this property with our team to do a thorough inspection of the property and furniture conditions to have any items addressed with the owner. We do provide linens for all beds listed, but do ask our guests to bring any extra needed as they are not offered in the units. This is also located in your guest portal, which is sent to our guests prior to check in day. I hope you could provide us the opportunity to regain your patronage with Southern Vacation Rentals.
