Beware!!!

Beware!!!! I’ve rented at Seacrest several times in the past, and fully enjoyed it, but this past trip was my last one there. It should definitely be noted that there is major construction happening at this property… which means: loud banging, drilling, saws, heavy construction machines, etc…not to mention the multitude of construction workers moving about the entire condo. One of the two elevators was closed and half the driveway was roped off for said construction. The hot tub- one of the main reasons I chose this particular property was broken. I did call to inform whomever about all that was going on, but the only response that I got was that it was an issue for the Home Owners Association. How does that help??? It should have been noted on the website, so that people could spend their hard-earned money on a location that is quiet, peaceful- and fully functional. Never again. So utterly disappointed.

Great, small, affordable spot right on the sand

We enjoyed ourselves a lot at this trip. This condo was very good for the small size and small price. It is very clean and the views are amazing. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Attractions/services nearby are good, but you may want to drive 15 minutes to orange beach for more shopping/restaurants. The finishes of the unit itself are a little dated, but that is to be expected in this price range. New trim all around and a kitchen/bath refresh would go a long way for this property, as the location is so beautiful and convenient. Lastly, a hairdryer in the bathroom would be nice since most people don't expect to pack their own. We would stay here again, so thanks to the hosts for their property.

Would stay again

Location was perfect. Easy beach access. We had a little problem with our keypad and codes but after getting someone on the phone they were able to handle this situation. Only other problem we had was that a parking permit wasn't left. Did report this as well and it took almost 24hrs to receive one. Thankfully we just had a warning placed on the car so we wrote our own note on the back.

Nice and quiet and clean

Proximity to beach is as good as it gets. Place was clean. It was just me and my wife and space was adequate. Maybe it would be a bit cramped with more adults. But still it was worth the money for a three night visit.

Great vacation!

We have stayed at Seacrest several times and live it! This time did not disappoint! 902 was clean and well equipped for what we needed. We love the location with easy access to the Beach House Grill and the seafood market. The beach was not crowded and had easy access as well. We hope to return soon!

It was OK

I firmly believe it is Vacasa that is the issue. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but we stayed in 2 different condos in Foley and but were not worth the money spent. Each place we booked there weren't enough blankets or pillows we had to go out and buy some, each place things were broken, each place you had to provide even cooking utensils.

Was a good view room was overpriced for what it was

It was an OK Trash shoots didn’t work for half the week one of the elevators was broke There was a cockroach in the bedroom luckily we got to kill it before we went to bed and had a crawling on us The handle to the balcony was barely hanging on by a screw I would’ve expected This kind of stuff out of a low and low price room but I paid top dollar

Not worth $3300 for a week

This was the worst maintained condo we have ever stayed in…. Rust on outside of the refrigerator, we had to fix the handle to the balcony door, we had to pull stuff out of the drain, so the bathtub would drain. Holes in doors, paint chips everywhere, broken patio (cheap) balcony furniture. No broom! I had to buy kitchen utensils and a dish drainer. Dishwasher had to be slammed shut to work. Chipped Formica countertops, I had to wash every blanket and quilt we used because it was soured. Barely could open oven door because of handles to cabinet under sink. I did send a text to the owners letting them know of the damages so I wouldn’t lose my security deposit. Washer and dryer but too big for the space, so door wouldn’t shut. Elevators were completely out one morning and the rest of the week only one worked without any problems.

Dingy, needs updates

We were very disappointed in the condo. The layout is great, building great but the condo itself needs renovations. The owner should not rent it until updated. The pics in no way reflect the actual condition of the condo. Every room needs to be painted, base boards painted, new bathroom door, new refrigerator, new bedspread, new couch. The tub didn't drain when showering and the dryer quit working. Everything looks like it was from a thrift store. We stayed in a similar condo last year, the rent was the same but the other one was updated and lovely. We won't rent this one again.

Poor management

The property manager allowed my travel agency to book this room for me knowing the sliding glass door was messed up and the bathroom door had been kicked in and door knob messed up.

Don’t waste your money, pictures are deceiving

The only good thing this property has going for it is the view. Let’s start with the balcony, first of all, it’s only one lounger even though their picture shows 2, and the one they did have was cracked and dirty beyond belief. Second the sliding door was a pain to open from the balcony, there’s no handle just a tiny hole that barely fits the tip of your fingers. On the side, the handle to the sliding door was wobbly which made it hard to open. The couch cushions were stained. The refrigerator was rusted and didn’t keep anything cold. Freezer works fine. The bathroom door was missing chunks of wood by the handle. Paint was peeling on the walls. The front door could use some kind of stopper to make to easier to bring things into the property. Half the outlets don’t work. Good luck charging multiple phones at once. The mattress were flat at pancakes. None of my party was happy with these accommodations especially for the price, would’ve been better off staying at a motel 6 on the beach. Honestly what it felt like. I have pictures to prove

My only issue was the bathtub needs some draino or something. Because we had to shower standing in water up to our ankles. Otherwise, nice stay.

Location and beach were good, condo was okay.

The location of the condo is great and we loved the beach. Since we went in November we picked one with a hot tub and I was very pleased with that. The condo itself could use some updating. The beds were not comfortable and the furniture was older looking but it worked for what we needed so overall happy with the stay.
