It's clear that comfort was top of mind for the decor of Clearwater 5A which is a bonus when you visit. The upgraded kitchen appliances enhance your cooking creativity. Flat-screen TV's are available in the living area and both bedrooms in this 5th floor property. The bedding accommodates six people with two queen beds for adults and built-in berth bunks for children. Everyone will come back refreshed after visiting this delightful property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved sitting on the balcony early mornings drinking our coffee and night time watching people crab hunting. Great place to stay to enjoy the beach. Price was great.

Beach vibes

Loved the place and the location on the beach. My kids enjoyed being able to walk out to the water. The elevator is broken. There is no note on the elevator saying it’s down or when it will be repaired.

Very impressed with the way the unit was furnished and the lay out. Found no problems with the cleanliness of the unit. One minor problem: every time the toaster was used the smoke detector went off. We will definitely be back

Very Clean and Perfect Location

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The view was so perfect and we enjoyed the comfortable balcony furniture. We loved that the walk to the beach wasn't long at all (girls trip and having to tote all of our stuff). I would recommend bringing your own toilet (provided was thin and rough) and also don't forget coffee filters. Everything else you need is provided.

Good value

This was a smaller building that was older. Condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a great view of the gulf. My family enjoyed the trip and the value of this rental was good. We hope to enjoy this place again.

The location was great. I appreciated the little mini soaps, shampoos, tissue, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap that was provided. It was just enough for our stay. The balcony was really nice. Perfect view and eating area. The kids loved the pool too. Some things I didn't really like were that there are no outlets on both sides of the bed. Also the outlet in the hallway isn't useable. Which made it very hard for my children to agree to sleep there. Because the night light and sound machine couldn't be plugged in right near them. Also the back room would stay warm and the main area would be freezing. All in all I would stay here again. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great View

The door was not locked when we first arrived. It took us a minute to figure that out. Once we figured out how to pull the door handle hard enough to close it, everything went well with the code. It was very clean and the view was amazing
