Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved this home

It was very well decorated made you feel right at home! And loved walking out and just being steps from the beach! The pool was so awesome and the temperature stayed warm even when the sun went down! Will be booking again.

Thanksgiving Stay

First off the elevator was broke & we were on the 3rd floor. This condo was not guest friendly. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal there. Not enough kitchen equipment. The beds had one small pillow with no extras, no hair dryer, no blankets or throws. Just wasn't a good experience.

Very nice

It was clean and very nice. There was a issue with the shower head leaking and spraying the ceiling but once i let them know maintenance was on it and had it fixed. I also like that i could see the ocean street and the bay across the road from the over sides balcony. I would book here again.

Amazing Vacay

Absolutely loved our condo so much we have already booked it again for next year!! Extremely clean, very up to date with cute accessories!! Beautiful views on the balcony and having the beach just right there we couldn’t ask for more. Lifetime rental for our yearly girls trip 🥰🥰🥰

Locked Out

For five hours during our stay, we were locked out of our room. For some reason, the dead bolt was locked. We are not provided a key. Someone else had to have locked it either from the inside or the outside. I repeatedly called and tried to get help. David came, but couldn't open the door. A locksmith had to be called. We had to find someplace to go to the bathroom and were late getting ready for our team outing. No one really seemed to think it was a big deal that we were locked out. In fact, one lady on the phone laughed. It was very unprofessional.

Buena Vista

There was a hole in the ceiling to the left of the tv that we were unaware of. Looks like some work was done and the hole was never covered. I understand it’s the beach, but the floors were sandy upon arriving. The gate was very tricky to get into the pool area. At one point we were never able to get it open and just had to scrap that idea. There were no pillow cases on the beds in one of the rooms and the pillows had stains. (I didn’t know this until the end of our trip or I would have called.) The dishwasher was loose which made it hard to close. The location is kinda noisy being close to the road, so have a fan or sound machine. (I found a fan app on my phone!) I know there’s nothing you can do about that, just be prepared. Oh and a guide for the tv stations would be handy! We did like the closeness to the beach and the pool area was very clean!! Lots of great places to walk to, to eat, grab coffee (West Beach Coffee) and souvenirs!

Gulf Getaway

We loved being able to walk right out on the beach from the front of this property. The condo was tastefully decorated and conveniently located close to the public beach area, shopping and bike trails.
