This five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath, multi-level single-family home is unlike most you've seen. Located canal front adjacent to Coastal Highway, this home is close to the beach. The home offers two kitchens (one on each level), a lower level bedroom with a full bath, multiple living areas on both levels allows for space to spread out while enjoying vacationing with the ones you love. A two-car parking garage plus driveway parking supports a total of four mid-sized cars. Enjoy a long southern exposed canal front back deck, two upper balconies (one faces south, the other north), boat dockage, wireless internet, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and cable TV.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
This property is located in an R1-zoned area. Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34. The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
