This fully furnished, stunning 3 level home on a cul-de-sac includes 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a 2-stall garage. Two of the bedrooms feature king sized beds with the master having an en suite bathroom. The home is conveniently located in the heart of Maple Grove and is a short distance from Arbor Lakes ​shopping/dining, walking trails, parks, and stadiums. It is also within 30 minutes of the MSP International Airport and the Mall of America. The main level features a formal dining room, informal dining area, two living rooms, and a ½ bathroom. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level. The large master bedroom includes double closets and boasts a large ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks. The lower level features a third living room, a full bathroom with heated tile flooring, a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the outdoors on your own private deck which overlooks a large backyard that is perfect for games and activities. This amazing home serves as the perfect getaway where people find rest and enjoy time with friends and family.

Great trip in Minnesota over the holiday. The home is very family friendly with 3 separate living rooms. Perfect for a big family like ours! The location is also perfect with parks, walking trails and shopping nearby.

This property had absolutely everything you would need for your stay. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the extras. The garages were spotless. Overall this is one of the best properties I have stayed at. I would rate this higher if I could ! Restaurants, shopping and walking/biking trails within 10 minutes.

First, I have to say Janine is a Super Premier host. Have stayed in this home several times and we have arrived to a warm welcome each time. Home is clean and ready for us to stay in. Kitchen is equipped with most of what you need to prepare meals. Plenty of living space for a large group to spread out if they want. Being able to park in the garage is a plus. Great neighborhood and easy access to shopping and highways. If you are able to book this home you have made a good choice

Wonderful Home

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. It offered well thought out spaces, that was suited for all age groups, and made our stay feel very “homey”.Our local family to this property said they will recommend this property for their extended family’s next visit because it was so clean and welcoming. You really did think of everything at this property, but if I could make one suggestion… a foldable clothes drying rack for laundry/wet suits. Otherwise, still 15 out of 10.

This place was a great place for a getaway in Maple Grove, giving good access to twin cities amenities for a very fair price. The home is fantastic, hot tub temp was a bit low when we arrived, but we turned it up and a couple hours later is mir was perfect

This is a great home to stay in. Always clean and maintained well. The listing pictures are very accurate. We didn’t need to contact Janine because everything was there that we needed Second time for us staying in the home with plans to stay again later in the year

Girls Getaway Weekend

We came to the cities for a girls get away weekend. Maple Grove is a beautiful town with lots of shopping close by. Our group went to the Grease musical at the Chanhassen. It was so nice to stay at this property versus a hotel. We were able to gather and visit. Beautiful, clean, and we loved the snacks and drinks! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Most accommodating VRBO ever!

We had an amazing time in this rental. 3 families came together for 2 nights and found ourselves right at home in the space. The hot tub was the cherry on top after spending all day at the mall of America. The extra touches, personalization, and effort put into the property was evident and felt throughout our stay. If we make another group trip to the area we’ll check this property first!

Convenient and Comfortable

This property was all it says and more! Has everything one would need! The welcome baskets and beverages were a big hit! The bedrooms were well designed and quite comfortable!! The gathering spaces were large and cozy! The holiday decorations gave it a special touch!

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful home, better than the online listing, with extremely thoughtful accents around the home, and for which, the host could not be more welcoming. The home is in a wonderfully safe suburb of Minneapolis, but close to the highways for easy access to any metro location.

Great Family Place

Great backyard for grilling and hanging out with family. Rooms were great, lots of extra sheets, towels and supplies. Snacks/beverages were great! Will definitely stay here again. Also had baby high chair, stroller and pack and play so it was nice to not have to bring those

Wonderful Stay

My family had a wonderful time at the house. Upon entering you could tell this was a nice clean place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the “welcome” sign and snacks were appreciated. Would return if I need a place to stay in the cities again.

Hello, my name is Janine and I love hosting you and your guests. It has been a absolute pleasure to work in the short term rental industry for the last 10 years. I have experience managing a variety of properties across the northern suburbs of Minneapolis/ St. Paul. I grew up on a dairy farm in southwestern Minnesota and learned the value of hard work at a very young age. I graduated from the University of Minnesota (BS) and Southwest Minnesota State University (MS) with degrees in Business Management and Accounting. I worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture for nearly 15 years before pursuing my dream of being self-employed. I have lived in Maple Grove the last seven years. I love answering guests questions about the area. Maple Grove is an amazing community that is in close proximity of all that the metro has to offer. I enjoy boating, kayaking, and fishing on Fish Lake in Maple Grove. I also enjoy the shopping and fine dining in Arbor Lakes. My family and I also love biking, rollerblading, and playing a round of frisbee golf at the many parks in Maple Grove. My son loves skateboarding and Maple Grove has an amazing skate park next to the Community Center. Our favorite parks are Elm Creek, Fish Lake, Eagle Lake Regional Parks. We also love the playground, lighted splash pad, skating rink, and walking trails, and Central Park in Maple Grove.

This property is close to all of the amenities that the the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area has to offer. It is less than a 40 minute drive to the MSP airport, the Mall of America, ValleyFair, Renaissance Festival, etc. . Although the home is conveniently located to the big city, Maple Grove is an amazing, lovable community in its own right. It is home to Arbor Lakes which boasts both fine dining and retail shopping. Maple Grove also has many award-winning parks like Central Park in the Arbor Lakes area and Elm Creek Park. Side note, If you go to Central Park in the summer you need to check out the lighted splash pad- it is amazing. Elm Creek has many miles of wooded trails, giant playground, and boasts an amazing chlorinated swimming pond during the summer months. There is also a free beach to visit at Fish Lake Regional Park where you can swim and rent kayaks. The Maple Grove Community Center has a indoor pool with waterslide and a mini- outdoor water park during the summer months.

This home is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are 2 king sized beds in spacious bedrooms and 3 queen beds. The home has a spacious, partially fenced backyard, a patio dining area, and patio furniture with a gas fire pit. The home also includes a heated massage chair.

The home is great for all types of travelers and it would be our pleasure to host you and your guests.
