Sprawl out on the leather furniture and enjoy a show on the 46” flat-screen TV with cable, or catch a movie screening in the home theater on the 108” projection screen that includes Blu-ray, Xbox 360, and cable. This home features five charming bedrooms. Three and a half bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries. Retreat to the main bedroom, outfitted with a king-size bed and ceiling fan. The spa-like en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, oversized walk-in closet, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Access the second bedroom, equipped with a twin-size bed and a twin trundle, through the main suite – the perfect kid’s quarters. The third bedroom doubles as the home theater room and includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
