I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect mix of convenience, quiet, and that classic Mammoth charm. St. Moritz is tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing, but it’s still just minutes from the Village, restaurants, shops, and ski lifts.
What really sold me was the easy access to everything—bike trails, lakes, hiking, and skiing are all just a short drive (or even a walk or bike ride) away. The community also has great amenities like a pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room, which make it feel more like a mountain resort than just a condo complex.
I wanted a place that I would love to stay in myself, and this neighborhood checked all the boxes.
