YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD
The studio is located in one of the most sought-after districts of Nice: the Carré d'Or. Between the Promenade des Anglais and the Jean Médecin commercial area, you will be surrounded by restaurants, shops and cafés. The Jean Médecin tram stop, nearby, allows you to quickly reach the train station or the airport.
LIVING SPACE
The main room is bright and decorated with simplicity. It offers a comfortable double bed, a television, a table for meals and well-thought-out storage, all in a pleasant atmosphere.
COOKING
The American kitchen, compact but functional, is equipped with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking, including coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a storage space. A washing machine is also available for added comfort.
This charming and perfectly located studio is an ideal option for a couple wishing to enjoy Nice life, between beach, shopping and cultural discoveries. A practical, cosy and very well-placed pied-à-terre.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival
I chose to arrive by air
Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:
The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.
A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.
I chose to arrive by train
The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.
A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.
A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.
Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.
Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.
I chose to arrive by car
There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:

• Per 24-hour day
• Per week
• Per month
It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
