Property was exactly what we wanted to entertain our family for Christmas. We enjoyed the large kitchen, and the family/living room off the kitchen was also popular. Eating as a family required a trip to the lower level, with our dinners in hand, to use the larger dining table.Loading and unloading was made very easy by backing into the garage and utilizing the entry door right into the main hallway. This was important because the property sets down below street level, and making multiple trips with all of our stuff would have been challenging.The deck out back was OK, but, we did not use it. The yard is pretty useless as it is has a very steep decline from front to back.Bed was comfortable in the master, bath has been updated. Bring your own washcloths and hand towels, we couldn't find any.Comments from the kids and grandkids were very good, they enjoyed having the space.
