Our home is in the heart of historic Downtown New Albany and only 10 minutes from downtown Louisville, KY and only 15 minutes to Churchill Downs.

Each bedroom is equipped with a 42" Smart TV with basic cable service, which will allow you to sign on to your favorite streaming services. Luxe bedding and super comfy mattresses.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs.

Walk to everything downtown; top notch restaurants, boutiques, a few speakeasys and live entertainment. All with a quaint down home feel. The location can't be beat, and just across the river from Louisville, KY. No Toll Fees to Louisville when you stay, easy access to interstate.

We appreciate your hospitality in allowing us to stay at your home. Melissa provided snacks for everyone, and it appeared that everyone enjoyed them.. The house was perfect for us.

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house was perfect for our multi-generational family over the holidays. We loved the close proximity to the restaurants and coffee shops downtown. Our host even had the house decorated with a lovely Christmas tree! We look forward to staying there next time we come to the area.

My family had a great Thanksgiving stay in New Albany. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room for 5 adults. The location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown New Albany and easy access to the interstate to get to downtown Louisville. Melissa was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again if in the area.

Birthday/weekend trip

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was great about responding when needed. The place was so cozy, clean and cute! The only downfall is the parking, not much room for parking if you have more than 2 vehicles. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the inside of the house. Very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was the traffic noise as the house it right next to the highway. Recommend having box fans in each room to help block out the traffic noise. Other than that perfect house.

I wish you would have reached out about the need for box fans, there should have been some in the bedroom closets. I am one of those people, even if there isn't and outside noise, appreciate the humming of a box fan. Thanks again for staying at my place!

Great place to stay! Perfect for what we needed our parents stayed with us and the walk in shower was perfect for them and number of bathrooms were great. All beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I think battery on back door lock was old as we did have trouble with that lock. We also had to ask for code but host responded quickly! Front room does have a lot of noise from close road but having a fan in room helped a lot! Each room had one. Close to a lot of great things. We would for sure stay again!
