Guests have full access to the first floor, second floor, ground floor/basement, yard, and private dock. Please note the basement is semi-finished but fully functional as a media or game room.

The boathouse apartment
The boathouse includes a charming one-bedroom apartment above — available for an additional fee with special arrangement. If you're looking to rent the entire property, please inquire and we'll be happy to accommodate.

Parking in front accommodates 2 regular-size cars
Please note there are approximately 30 steps up to the main house and an additional 30 steps down to the dock — good to keep in mind for guests with mobility considerations.
