NEW BUILDING IN INDIAN ROCKS BEACH

UNIT 406 - This apartment is on the LEFT SIDE of the building when you are facing the beach. Our new boutique coastal style building features SIX APARTMENTS. There are two apartments per floor.

UNIT 406 is a TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATHROOM beautiful direct BEACHFRONT with an EXTRA-LARGE balcony facing the beach. The balcony is perfect for outside dining.

Relaxed Florida casual décor. Super comfortable beds.

Fees include EVERYTHING YOU NEED for an amazing beach vacation: paddle board, skim boards, canoes, beach chairs, all kinds of beach toys, beach umbrellas and beach towels. There are two BBQ grills on the property. Each apartment provides 2 parking spaces. Also there is a WASHER and DRYER in each unit.

There is also an ELEVATOR for those that wish to avoid stairs. A HEATED SWIMMING POOL makes it all complete! There are BBQ grills in the pool area for fun beach / poolside dining.

There are two apartments on each floor. So, if you have another family or a larger group you wish to travel with, you can search ID#2502582 (unit 405) for availability, and book both units, which would give you the luxury of the entire floor!

Indian Rocks Beach has many wonderful restaurants and fun attractions located close by.

Beautiful view, beautiful condo decor, loved the triple sliding doors that fully opened, amazing & very clean heated pool facing the ocean, gorgeous beach. Loved walking the beach any time of day & night, excellent amenities with all the toys you need to enjoy the ocean. Highly recommend this property!!!!

Great location and views! There are plenty of options within walking distance to eat and drink! Our favorite part was the balcony which had amazing sunsets every night! We will definitely be back next time with even more family! The condo was very clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay! Thanks for allowing us to share your piece of heaven.

Perfect beach vacation spot

This was our 3rd year staying at Tommy’s. It is absolutely perfect. The unit is clean and updated. The location is amazing and within walking distance to so many restaurants and the proximity to the beach is unmatched.

Perfect location

Easy beach access right in back. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Wonderfully maintained, including elevator. Pool was perfect temperature. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place and location

I cannot say enough good things about this property and our experience there! Is clean, has all the amenities you could possibly need and it’s right on the beach with a pool. What more could you ask for! We had some questions after we checked in and the owners were fantastic about getting back to us and communicating. Highly recommended!!

Perfect location. Gorgeous view of gulf from balcony. Well stocked. All the basics we needed and more. Appreciated the beach chairs and all the beach items.

Wonderful family vacation

We look forward to coming back for a new annual family tradition. The beach was so close you could hear the waves from inside the unit. The restaurants nearby couldn’t be any closer or better. The amenities poolside provided tons of entertainment from kayaks to paddle boards to shovels and Paul’s. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

All around nice place and area

We have never been to Indian Rocks beach. This property is a beautiful, quiet area but close enough for the days where you want to shop or do attractions. It's only 15 minutes to Clearwater and 20-30 minutes to St Pete. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay

We stayed at Tommy's on the Beach with our two young kids (5 and 7). It was absolutely perfect. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided were great quality. My kids loved the pool. The unit was walking distance to many restaurants. We will absolutely be back.

Accommodating and convenient

A great location and everything you need including a heated pool and beach gear! Restaurants are right next door or just down the road. We went fishing, horseback riding, and watched a spring training baseball game in the area. The owners are very kind, helpful, and take pride in their property.

Getaway

We could not have found a more perfect place to stay! They thought of everything we could possibly need from shampoo and conditioner to soap gir the washer, coffee, syrup, spices, beach towels and toys and umbrellas and a variety of beach chairs. The pool was amazing and the staff was there everyday to check on it and clean it. The local restaurants were awesome as well, guppys was our favorite with Beach Waves coming in as a close second. We cannot wait to go back!!!

This place was totally as advertised and more.

This lovely 2 bdrm and 2 bath was spotless. Thanks to our housekeeper Marie. The view was incredible. We didn't want to leave our suite. Restaurants were within walking distance. Beautifully updated. First class.

Serenity

Fabulous ocean view, heated pool and on the beach! Communication from the host made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Everything needed for our stay was available (fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms). There was a breakfast restaurant, grill and bakery just steps away. Beach equipment was also available for use (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc). I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a careful, relaxing beach experience.

BEAUTIFUL BEACHES: Enjoy walking and exploring miles of beautiful pristine beaches along the Gulf Coast! Collect sea shells and sand dollars, sunbathing, floating on a raft, exploring remote Florida nature trails.

SUNSETS: Spectacular Florida sunsets!

ENTERTAINMENT: Numerous restaurants, Great shopping, Dinner Cruises, Pirate Ship Cruises, Sipping Pina Coladas at a Tiki Bar, Nightly Entertainment at Pier 60, numerous family/adult/child activities.

SPORTS: Fishing, Miniature Golf, Golfing, All Beach activities.

BOATING: Skiing, Deep Sea Fishing, Jet-Skis, boat to the Tropical Islands and Sand Bars, Kayak Adventures.

WATER SPORTS: Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, jet-skiing, beach games.

ENJOY FLORIDA'S NATIVE WILDLIFE: Dolphins, Sea Turtles, Manatees, Birds (cranes, egrets, parrots, pelicans, sea gulls, sandpipers).

FISHING: Fish for mackerel, snook, sheepshead, sea bass, cast net for mullet!

SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS: Disney World is about a 1.5 hour drive away. Busch Gardens is about a 45 minute drive away. Many fun and exciting tourist destinations are less than an hour drive from our home!
