Don't choose this property
I booked this for the entire three months of summer. The written description AND the subheading (under the title) said it was a one bedroom. When I got there it was a studio so I didn't check in. I needed a one bedroom. The photos are also deceiving. They are purposely taken at an angle where you can't tell it's a studio (no bedroom).
I immediately contacted the property manager and VRBO, who contacted the owner. The owner said it was clearly listed as a studio, which it wasn't. I provided a screenshot to those involved to show the one bedroom wording. Still VRBO and the host refused a refund. I even tried to compromise (through the VRBO representative) on a partial refund, if not the whole amount. I had rented this for a full three months and paid the full amount. I didn't even stay at the property and the host was able to still rent it out to someone else, yet they still wouldn't compromise on a refund. So they made money off of me and also whomever else they rented it out to. This was clearly a rip off and the host was very difficult to work with and uncompromising.
When I first entered the property, it was clean and check in was flawless. That's why my rating in this feedback is good for those two things. I'm willing to work with the host on this but there's been no communication thus far.
NOW, the written description says it's a studio but that's not how it was written when I booked it.
