This cozy 2nd floor, 2 bdr quiet Condo on Venice Island known as Shark Tooth Capital, located a 15 min walk to the Gulf of Mexico Beach, and short distance to Venice Ave and Historic Downtown, is offering you a comfortable atmosphere. The stylish place has all essential amenities for your convenience with a fully equipped kitchen, central AC with smart thermostat. There is a large community pool that is located right downstairs; delegated parking spot; and a laundry room in a building. We apologies for the inconvenience, but there are no pets allowed.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped! Great location, near everything, quiet neighborhood. Owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Venice Beach Condo

The location was centrally located to beaches, downtown Venice, shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean and had most things we needed. The beach chairs were used a lot. We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean. The only kitchen item we couldn’t find was a pizza cutter.

Venice Island has unique location. You may not need a car or even bike, we have everything in a walking distance: Beautiful beach, shopping, restaurants like famous Sharks on the Pier.

Keyless entry with unique guest code allow you not to worry about keys while providing high level of security, smart AC saving power while you away and keep home cool (or warm) with desired temperature when you home, also it can be scheduled to your preference. Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, TV, DVD, gaming consoles, books and board games. Beach chairs. Dedicated parking spot. Just enjoy your stay!
