The property was amazing. There were a few issues but Brad was johnnie on the spot and resolved everything quickly. It was wonderful for the two of us but a larger group would have a great time as well . Would definitely recommend

BEWARE, listing is false.

Don't go by the pictures listed because the house is nothing like what you see online. The house had no washer, dryer, hot water in the second bath, cable/satellite, horrible smell from the second bath, and it was just dirty and run down. After making multiple complaints with the host, he told me the house was ready for a total re-do and update but that would take 3 months. He also informed me that it is a party house and that kids don't care about the condition. So unless you're a kid going there just to party, DON'T rent this property. I had 22 nights booked but only stayed 2.

Great Place to Stay near Beaches

Beautiful Place near beaches. The host Brad was very attentive and always answered my texts and was helpful in directing us to nearby restaurants and activities. House was exactly as advertised. Will be back again!

Solid Stay and Good Vibes

Recently, I got the chance to kick back at this VRBO rental, and it was a solid experience all around. The host, Brad, was a little slow to respond at first, but it's all good because things picked up and communication was smooth from there. Plus, he was super flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was pretty awesome and made things a lot easier. The place was just like the pics - clean, comfy, and ready for guests. They had plenty of clean sheets and towels stocked up, and all the appliances were in good working order. And let me tell you, the Wi-Fi was spot on, which is always a win. Location-wise, it was a great spot. It was close to Esterillos Beach, just a hop, skip, and a jump to Jaco and Playa Hermosa, and there were some super cozy restaurants in the area too. So, whether you're looking to soak up some sun or chow down on some good food, you're all set. Overall, this VRBO rental was a good find. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was a pretty chill spot for a getaway, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back vacation stay. Thanks for everything, Brad!

Playa Hermosa for the win

The location is exceptional. Do not try and drive there in the night/rain - the roads are not marked, google maps works okay, apple was useless, signs and lights, what/where. BUT once you get situated the location is nothing short of perfect for a group of adults looking for a hang out, get away back to nature experience. Super easy to navigate and felt extremely safe and comfortable in the home and area. Tried to order in one night, that was a fail :D so just do as the locals do and get out and see the place. Modern amenities in the midst of construction but nothing uncomfortable. There is a neighbor down the way who knows almost all the locations and area and was lovely - if you find him, he is a gem!

Great property with easy access (2 min drive) to the beach and restaurants at Playa Hermosa!

This property served as our base to explore real estate investment opportunities in and around Playa Hermosa. It's tucked away, which give you some seclusion. Brad, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and both helpful and communicative. Would definitely return on our next visit!

This is a brand new modern home in the best coastal, beach, surf location in Costa Rica. Very clean. The house was built in 2021. Extra high 9+ foot ceilings. Awesome sense of openness and space in every room.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Guest access: There is a private driveway for 2 cars. You can get around easily in Playa Hermosa on bikes or skateboards. It's a 3-minute bike ride to the sands of Playa Hermosa from the house. It's a 22-minute bike into Jaco along the bluffs overlooking the Pacific. Or it's a 13-minute drive into town.

Other things to note: Fast Internet. Speed tests vary from 88 Mbps to 203 Mbps. You can run all 4 TVs and surf the Internet on your computer at the same time without interruption.

NOTE: If toilet paper, soap or any other material is found in any of the water tanks in toilets there will be a $100 charge. That's what it cost me to send a plumber out to fix the toilets when for whatever reason guests put such things in the toilet water tanks.
