Villa Punta Leona - Beautiful Family Villa - Gated Community next to Punta Leona

My wife & I were married and living in Costa Rica in 1994. She is Costa Rican. We moved to California where we raised 2 beautiful daughters. We realized our dream of having a home in Costa Rica when we purchased this beautiful villa. We love to visit our family in Costa Rica and enjoy Punta Leona resort, sunsets at Playa Blanca, fishing, snorkeling & adventuring throughout Costa Rica.

We chose this area because it is close to the San Jose airport yet immersed in nature. It borders Punta Leona Beach Club & Nature Resort, a private nature reserve, where you can see monkeys, scarlet macaws & other wildlife. It offers easy access to the award winning Playa Blanca and world famous destinations throughout the Central Pacific coast. Our gated community is tranquil and very safe with 24/7 security. It is close to the main highway for easy access to many restaurants & conveniences.

Villa Punta Leona is unique because it is a spacious 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms nestled in a beautiful tranquil community with easy access to Punta Leona Beach Club & Nature Resort. It’s close to Playa Blanca, one of only five “5-Star” Blue Flag beaches in all of Costa Rica. We think it’s better than staying inside Punta Leona because it is close to the highway with easy access to many restaurants & conveniences. Whereas staying inside Punta Leona is somewhat isolated & requires a trek to enjoy restaurants & conveniences. We also prefer it over Jaco because it is away from the crowds and bustle but close enough to easily reach such as destinations including Jaco, Playa Herradura, Los Suenos Marina & Golf Resort and Playa Hermosa. It’s also a great jumping off spot for day trips to destinations like Manuel Antonio, being that it’s only a minute to the main highway.
