This former family home embraces you instantly. Soft rolling surf is only a few steps away from where you will lounge upon a swaying hammock.
Outdoor terrace allows for leisure afternoons contemplating out over bobbing boats in the horizon or simply admiring the crystal clear evenings while star gazing. Water sports at your fingertips and the pacific as your back drop, there are very few other things you could need in life.
Brick floors and walls keep you cool in the summer and are friendly enough for all ages to have fun and not worry about walking around wet. The roundness of the dinning/kitchen area allows for and unprecedented view. Open air common areas entice freedom and flow.
Ample garden spaces and simple landscaping frame this home that can be yours for a vacation.

This was a family home built by my parents in the early eighties and passed down to me. Perfect to raise your children in as I did. Very user friendly and built with comfortability in mind, low maintenance.

Constantly changing nature and the colors that reside within it are the picture-perfect frame for ample rooms with soft breezes running through that will warm you soul and entice your eyes.
Every room gives you a different perspective of the ocean, it is the views that will keep you entertained. it's like watching a performance in front of your house, permanently.
